ORDER
F. No. 2695/1950/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court and in compliance of Memo No. 632/Confdl./2025/II-2-17/2001 (Pt. IV) I-8-6/2001(Pt.V) Bilaspur, dated 20th June, 2025, hereby, withdrawing the services of Shri Shrinivas Tiwari, District & Additional Sessions Judge, Kawardha from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, handover it to the Department of Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection, Raipur for his appointment on deputation as Registrar, Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur.
