क्रमांक ESTB/1863/2025-HOME SECTION.— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन् 2023) की धारा 356 की उप-धारा (8) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा अधिसूचित करती है कि धारा 356 के अधीन उल्लिखित प्रावधान, उक्त संहिता की धारा 84 की उप-धारा (1) में उल्लिखित किसी भी फरार व्यक्ति पर लागू होंगे।

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB/1863/2025-HOME SECTION.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (8) of Section 356 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023) the State Government, hereby, notifies that the provisions mentioned under Section 356 shall apply to any absconder mentioned in sub-section (1) of Section 84 of the said Sanhita.
