क्र. एफ 8-03/35/2025.— ''पशुओं में संक्रामक एवं संसर्गजन्य रोगों के नियंत्रण तथा रोकथाम अधिनियम, 2009 (2009 का 27)'' की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) एवं धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) और (2) के प्रावधानों के तहत जिला सरगुजा के अंबिकापुर शहर में ग्लैण्डर्स रोग की उद्‌भेद के कारण, रोग के बचाव, नियंत्रण व उन्मूलन हेतु राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌ द्वारा, राज्य के अंबिकापुर नगर निगम क्षेत्र को आगामी तीन माह हेतु अश्व प्रजाति के पशुओं के लिए ''नियंत्रित क्षेत्र'' घोषित करती है, परिणाम स्वरूप अश्व प्रजाति के सभी पशुओं के आवागमन को अंबिकापुर नगर निगम क्षेत्र में प्रतिबंधित करती है।

NOTIFICATION

No. F 8- 03/35/2025.— In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 read with sub-section (1) and (2) of section 7 of the 'Prevention and Control of Infectious and Contagious Diseases in Animals Act, 2009 (No. 27 of 2009)', due to the outbreak of glanders disease in Ambikapur town of District Surguja, the Government of Chhattisgarh hereby declares Ambikapur Municipal Corporation area, District Surguja of the State as "Controlled area" for equine animals for prevention, control and eradication of the Glanders disease and consequently prohibits the movement of animals belonging to equine species in the Ambikapur Municipal Corporation area.
