क्रमांक एफ 10-09/2023/तक. शि./42.— आधार (वित्तीय और अन्य सहायकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्ष्यित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का सं. 18) की धारा 4 (4) (ख) (ii), ऐसे प्रयोजनों के लिए, जैसा कि केन्द्र सरकार प्राधिकरण के परामर्श से तथा राज्य के हित में विहित करें, स्वैच्छिक आधार पर अधिप्रमाणन करने की अनुमति प्रदान करती है। सुशासन के लिए आधार अधिप्रमाणन (समाज कल्याण, नवाचार, ज्ञान) नियमावली, 2020 के तहत् राज्य सरकार, स्वैच्छिक आधार पर ''आधार'' का उपयोग करने के लिए अनुमति की वांछा कर सकती है;
2. अतएव राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचित करता है कि सुशासन के लिए आधार अधिप्रमाणन (समाज कल्याण, नवाचार, ज्ञान) नियमावली, 2020 के नियम 5 सहपठित आधार (वित्तीय और अन्य सहायकियों, प्रसुविधाओं और सेवाओं का लक्ष्यित परिदान) अधिनियम, 2016 (2016 का सं. 18) की धारा 4 (4) (ख) (ii) के अंतर्गत् भारत सरकार (इलेक्ट्रॉनिकी और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय) के सक्षम प्राधिकारी के माध्यम से कार्यालयीन ज्ञापन क्र. 13(11)/2023-EG-II, दिनांक 11/फरवरी, 2025 के द्वारा, नियंत्रक, छ.ग. व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल को दी गई अनुमति की शर्तों के अध्यधीन रहते हुये, छ.ग. व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल द्वारा आयोजित परीक्षाओं में शामिल होने वाले आवेदकों के विभिन्न चरणों में पहचान एवं अधिप्रमाणन के लिए स्वैच्छिक रूप से e-KYC आधार की वांछा कर सकेगा। 3. उक्त अधिसूचना राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से लागू मानी जावेगी । Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 20th June 2025
NOTIFICATION
No. F 10-09/2023/T.E./42.— Section 4(4)(b)(ii) of the Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (No. 18 of 2016) allows performing authentication on voluntary basis for such purpose, as the Central Government in consultation with the Authority, and in the interest of State, may prescribe, Under the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Sociel Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020, the State Government may seek permission to use "Aadhaar" on a voluntary basis;
2. Now therefore the State Government, hereby, notifies that the CGVYAPAM of the state of Chhattisgarh, may seek e-KYC Aadhaar to verify identity of applicants during various stages of examination conducted by Vyavsayik Pariksha Mandal, subjected to the conditions of permission granted to Controller, C.G. Vyapam through the competent authority of the Government of India (Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology) vide OM No. 13(11)/2023-EG-II, dated 11th February 2025 in terms of Rule 5 of the Aadhaar Authentication for Good Governance (Social Welfare, Innovation, Knowledge) Rules, 2020 read with Section 4(4)(b)(ii) of the "Aadhaar (Targeted Delivery of Financial and Other Subsidies, Benefits and Services) Act, 2016 (No. 18 of 2016)
