NOTIFICATION
F. No./LAW/1461/2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1), (I-A), (2) and (3) of Section 3 of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 (No. 4 of 2016), and in consultation with the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 10364/Checker/III-4-1/2016 Bilaspur, Dated 11-06-2025, The State Government, hereby, amends this Department's Notification No. 14391/3830/XXI-B/C.G./2023 dated 20-12-2023, and designate the following court of District Judge Level as Commercial Court, :-

In the SCHEDULE-I,
In column (3) of serial no. 1 after the word and punctuation "Ist CJ-I, Jagdalpur", the words and symbols "II CJ-I, Jagdalpur" shall be added.
