F.No.2807/1156/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 234 सहपठित अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय तथा छत्तीसगढ़ लोक सेवा आयोग के परामर्श से, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ निम्नतर न्यायिक सेवा (भर्ती एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2006 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-

उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 5 के उप-नियम (2) में, शब्द एवं चिन्ह् ''(कनिष्ठ श्रेणी)'' के पश्चात् एवं शब्द ''में से चयन'' के पूर्व, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''जो व्यवहार न्यायाधीश (कनिष्ठ श्रेणी) के रूप में न्यूनतम पांच वर्ष का अनुभव रखते हों'' अन्तःस्थापित किया जाए।
F.No.2807/1156/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Article 234 read with the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and Chhattisgarh Public Service Commission, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Lower Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, namely:-

In the said rules,-
In sub-rule(2) of rule 5, after the words and symbol "(Junior Division) " and before the words "on the basis", the words and symbol "having minimum experience of five years as Civil Judge (Junior Division)" shall be inserted.
