NOTIFICATION
F.No. 2869/2024/XXI-B/C.G./2025,- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 11353/Checker/III-6-1/2001 (Pt.-III) (N.D.P.S.) Bilaspur, Dated 27-06-2025, hereby, makes the further following order, to amend this department's previous notification No. 1377/1989/XXI- B/C.G./2024 dated 04-07- 2024, relating to the entry mentioned in column (3) & entry mentioned in column (4) corresponding to serial no. 15 of the Schedule, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule of the said Notification, officers mentioned in column No. (3) are appointed as Special Judge under Sections 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column no. (4) of the said Schedule, in place of Shri Mohd. Rizwan Khan, Sessions Judge, Koria (Baikunthpur), respectively, namely:-
