NOTIFICATION
F. No.2986/2006/XXI-B/C.G./25.— The State Government, hereby, in consulatation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of the High Court of Chhattisgarh Memo No. 10616/Checker/II-15-6/2019 (FTSCs) Bilaspur, dated 16-06-2025 establish/designate for the purpose of Section 28 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, exclusive FTSC of Additional Sessions Judge for trial of cases under POCSO Act in the following place in the State of Chhattisgarh, namely:-
