क्रमांकGENCOR-35/1900/2025-TRANSPORT.— छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान नियम 1994 में संशोधन का निम्नलिखित प्रारूप जिसे राज्य सरकार, मोटरयान अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का 59) की धारा 211 एवं 212 की उपधारा (1) एवं (2) सहपठित केन्द्रीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के नियम-171 एवं 172 के उप नियम (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए बनाना प्रस्तावित करती है, उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 212 द्वारा अपेक्षित किए गए अनुसार ऐसे समस्त व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए, जिनके कि इससे प्रभावित होने की संभावना है, एतदद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, और एतद्द्वारा सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त प्रारूप पर इस सूचना के ''राजपत्र'' में प्रकाशन की तारीख से 30 दिवस के अवसान के पश्चात् विचार किया जाएगा।
कोई आपत्ति या सुझाव, जो उक्त प्रारूप के संबंध में किसी व्यक्ति से, विनिर्दिष्ट कालावधि के पूर्व, सचिव, छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, परिवहन विभाग, मंत्रालय, महानदी भवन, नवा रायपुर अटल नगर, के कार्यालय में, कार्यालयीन समय में प्राप्त हों, पर छत्तीसगढ़ शासन द्वारा विचार किया जाएगा।
संशोधन प्रारूप
राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा केन्द्रीय मोटरयान नियम, 1989 के नियम 32 एवं 81 में प्रावधानित अनुसार छत्तीसगढ़ मोटरयान नियम 1994 के नियम 24 एवं 62 में डिजीटल रजिस्ट्रेशन सर्टिफिकेट एवं डिजीटल ड्राइविंग लायसेंस सर्टिफिकेट प्राप्ती हेतु स्वचलन एवं प्रौद्योगिकी शुल्क रू 200/-(दो सौ रूपये) आनलाईन के माध्यम से प्राप्त किया जाना प्रस्तावित किया जाता है। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 18th July 2025 NOTICE
No F GENCOR-35/1900/2025-TRANSPORT– The following draft of amendment in the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 211 and 212 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) read with sub- rule (2) of rule 171 and 172 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, is hereby published as required by section 212 of the said Act for the information of all such persons who are likely to be affected thereby, and notice is hereby given that the said draft will be taken into consideration after the expiry of 30 days from the date of publication of this notice in the "Gazette".
Any objection or suggestion regarding the said draft received from any person before the specified period, in office hours in office of the Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Department of Transport, Mantralaya, Mahanadi Bhawan, Nava Raipur Atal Nager, District Raipur shall be considered by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
DRAFT AMENDMENT
The State Government, hereby, proposes to make the Automation and Technology Fee of Rs. 200/- (Two Hundred Rupees) for obtaining Digital Registration Certificate and Digital Driving License Certificate as provided in Rule 32 and 81 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 and Rule 24 and 62 of Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicles Rules, 1994, available online.
