NOTIFICATION
F. No. 3016/2155/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh's Memo No. 12652/Checker/III-6-1/2001(Pt.-III)(N.D.P.S.) Bilaspur, Dated 10-07-2025, hereby, makes the following order, to further amend this department's previous notification No. 399/1382/ XXI-B/C.G./2023 dated 02-05-2024, relating to the entries mentioned in column (2), (3) and (4) corresponding to serial no. 10 of the Schedule, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule of the said Notification , for the entries mentioned in column (2), (3) and (4) of serial no. 10, the following entries shall be substituted, respectively, namely:-
