File No. ESTB/3522/2025-O/O SECTION JAIL .— भारतीय नागरिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (क्र. 46 सन्‌ 2023) की धारा 20 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (ख) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, प्रत्येक जिले में स्थापित जिला अभियोजन निदेशालय, हेतु संबंधित जिले में पदस्थ ऐसे जिला लोक अभियोजन अधिकारी को, जिनकी कुल सेवा अवधि (चाहे संहिता के प्रारंभ से पूर्व या पश्चात्‌) सात वर्ष या उससे अधिक हो चुकी हो, ''सहायक निदेशक अभियोजन' अधिसूचित करती है।

NOTIFICATION

File No. ESTB/3522/2025-O/O SECTION JAIL .— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 20 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhira, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023), The State Government, hereby, notifies all such District Public Prosecution Officers posted in the concerned district, whose total service period (whether before or after the commencement of the Code) is seven Years or more, as "Assistant Director Prosecution" for the District Director of the Prosecution established in each district.
