आदेश
क्रमांक ESTB-1/1138/2025-LABOUR.— कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (सन् 1948 की 63) की धारा 8 की उपधारा (2) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए एवं इस संबंध में पूर्व में जारी समस्त अधिसूचनाओं को अधिक्रमित करते हुए, राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा श्री हिम शिखर गुप्ता (भा.प्र.से.) श्रमायुक्त छत्तीसगढ़ को सम्पूर्ण छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के लिए मुख्य कारखाना निरीक्षक नियुक्त करता है।

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB-1/1138/2025-LABOUR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 8 of the Factories Act, 1948 (63 of 1948) and in supersession of the all previous notifications in this respect, the Government of Chhattisgarh hereby appoints Shri Him Shikhar Gupta (I.A.S.) Labour Commissioner Chhattisgarh, to be Chief Inspector of Factories for the State of Chhattisgarh.
