क्रमांक EESSTTBB--110022((33))//110022//22002255--RREEGGIISSTTRRAATTIIOONN((5544))..—— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ पंजीयक एवं मुद्रांक तृतीय श्रेणी (अलिपिकीय) सेवा भर्ती नियम, 1989 की अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (5) में तृतीय श्रेणी कार्यपालिक उच्च श्रेणी पंजीयन लिपिक/रिकार्ड कीपर से तृतीय श्रेणी कार्यपालिक उप-पंजीयक के पद पर पदोन्नति हेतु उल्लिखित 5 वर्ष की न्यूनतम अर्हकारी सेवा में, केवल कैलेण्डर वर्ष 2025 हेतु, 3 वर्ष की छूट प्रदान करते हैं। इस संशोधन को ऐसे पढ़ा जायेगा तथा अर्थ लगाया जायेगा, कि इसमें पूर्वोक्त संशोधन हुआ ही नहीं था।

No. EESSTTBB--110022((33))//110022//22002255--RREEGGIISSTTRRAATTIIOONN((5544)).— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, relaxes 3 Years, for the calendar year 2025 only, in respect of promotion from the post of Class III Executive Upper Division Registration Clerk/Record-Keeper to Class-III Executive Sub-Registrar, the minimum qualifying service of 5 years mentioned in column (5) of serial number 1 of schedule-IV of the Chhattisgarh Registration and Stamp Class-III (Non- Ministerial) Service Recruitment Rules, 1989.
This amendment shall be read and construed as if the aforesaid amendment was not made therein.
