NOTIFICATION
No. 12689 /Rules/2025. - In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 225 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendment in the High Court of Chhattisgarh Rules, 2007, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-
AMENDMENT
1. The sub-rule (1) of Rule 227 A shall be replaced with the following :
"The issuance of eCertified Copies of all pleadings, Judgments, decrees or orders and all original documents and deposition of witnesses made or exhibited in the said proceedings."
