आदेश
क्रमांक ESTB-1/1139/2025-LABOUR.— छत्तीसगढ़ औद्योगिक संबंध अधिनियम, 1960(सन् 1960 का क्रमांक 27) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए इस संबंध में पूर्व में प्रसारित समस्त अधिसूचनाओं को निष्प्रभावी करते हुए राज्य शासन एतद्द्वारा श्री हिम शिखर गुप्ता (भा.प्र.से.) को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के लिए ''श्रम आयुक्त'' नियुक्त करता है।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार, चेतन बोरघरिया उप-सचिव.

NOTIFICATION
No. ESTB-1/1139/2025-LABOUR.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of Chhattisgarh Industrial Relation Act, 1960 (27 of 1960) and in supersession of all previous notification issued in this regard, the State Government hereby appoints Shri Him Shikhar Gupta (I.A.S.) as the "Labour Commissioner" for the State of Chhattisgarh.
