(cid:7059)मांक GENS/20/2025-C&I.— छत्तीसगढ़ शासन, गृह (सी-अनुभाग) विभाग के अधिसूचना (cid:7059)मांक एफ-4- 270/गृह-सी/2025, दिनांक 28-03-2025 द्वारा जारी ''छत्तीसगढ़ नक्सलवादी आत्मसमर्पण/पीड़ित राहत पुनर्वास नीति-2025'' के (िcid:7059)यान्वयन हेतु, राज्य शासन, एतद् द्वारा, औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 में निम्नानुसार अ(cid:7061)तर संशोधन करती है, अर्थात -
संशोधन
औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 में,
(1) कं डिका (12.28)(6) की सारणी के सरल (cid:7059)मांक 5 में, शब्द-समूह ''दि(cid:7390)ांग (निःशक्त) उद्यमी'' के प(cid:7391)ात् शब्द- समूह '', आत्मसम(cid:7414)पत नक्सली (cid:7390)क्ति'' जोड़ा जाए।
(2) परिशिष्ट-1 के कं डिका (27) में निम्नानुसार वाक्य जोड़ा जाए, अर्थात -
"आत्मसम(cid:7414)पत नक्सली (cid:7390)क्ति का वही अर्थ होगा, जो छत्तीसगढ़ नक्सलवादी आत्मसमर्पण/पीड़ित राहत पुनर्वास नीति-2025 में परिभाषित है।"

No. GENS/20/2025-C&I.— For implementation of "Chhattisgarh Naksalvadi Aatmasamarpan/Pidit Raahat Punarvas Niti-2025" issued by Notification No. F-4-270/Home-C/2025, dated 28-03-2025 of the Chhattisgarh Government, Home (C-Section) Department, the State Government, hereby, makes the following amendments in the Industrial Development Policy 2024–30, namely-
AMENDMENTS
In the Industrial Development Policy 2024–30,
(1) in serial number 5 of the Table of Para (12.28)(6), after the words "Differently abled Entrepreneurs", the words ", Surrendered Naxal Individuals" shall be added.
(2) in Para (27) of Annexure-1, the following sentence shall be added, namely -
"'Surrendered Naxal Individual' will have the same meaning as defined in the Chhattisgarh Naksalvadi Aatmasamarpan/Pidit Raahat Punarvas Niti-2025."
(3) in Para number (10) of Annexure-7, Para number (6) of Annexure-8, paragraph number (13) of Chapter (A-2), Para number (6) of Chapter (B-1), Para number (8) of Chapter (B-2), Para number (8) of Chapter (B-3), after each words "Surrendered Naxal Individuals", the words ",Person Affected by Naxalism" shall be added.
