क्रमांक RULE-5/39/2025-LABOUR.⸺ कारखाना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 63) की धारा 112 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ कारखाना नियम, 1962 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
नियम 5 में, अंक एवं शब्द ''10 वर्ष'' के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द ''15 वर्ष'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।
छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

NOTIFICATION
No. RULE-5/39/2025-LABOUR.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 112 of the Factories Act, 1948 (No. 63 of 1948), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Factories Rules, 1962, namely:-

In the said rule,-
In rule 5, for the figures and word "10 years", the figures and word "15 years" shall be substituted.
