ORDER
F. No.3268/2477/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide their Memo No. 1057/I-8-6/2001 (Pt. V), II-2-101/2001 (Pt. II)/Confdl./2025 Bilaspur, Dated 22nd August, 2025, hereby, withdraws the services of Shri Rahul Kumar, Additional Judge to the Court of I Civil Judge Senior Division, Balod at Dallirajhara from High Court of Chhattisgarh, places him under Law and Legislative Affairs Department on deputation and appoints him as Deputy Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Law and Legislative Affairs Department, Atal Nagar, Nava Raipur from the date he assumes charge of the office.
