क्रमांक/307/PLGMJ/845/2025-SECTION(PA).— छत्तीसगढ़ विधानसभा सदस्य वेतन, भत्ता तथा पेंशन अधिनियम, 1972 (क्र. 7 सन् 1973) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ विधान सभा भूतपूर्व सदस्य (रेल द्वारा निःशुल्क अभिवहन) नियम, 1996 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, जो 9 मई, 2025 से भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से प्रवृत्त होगा, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में, -
| 1. | नियम 3 में, शब्द, ''रेल एवं वायुयान द्वारा यात्रा बोर्डिंग सहित'' के स्थान पर, शब्द एवं चिन्ह ''रेल एवं वायुयान द्वारा यात्रा, बोर्डिंग सहित (रेल्वे स्टेशन /एयरपोर्ट से गंतव्य स्थान तक सड़क मार्ग से की गई यात्रा)'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। |
| 2. | नियम 3 के परन्तुक में, शब्द, अंक एवं चिन्ह ''उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5-क (2) के अधीन रेल एवं वायुयान द्वारा की गई यात्राओं पर किया गया कुल व्यय एक वित्तीय वर्ष में बोर्डिंग सहित रूपये 5,00,000/- (पांच लाख) से अधिक नहीं होगा। ''के स्थान पर, शब्द, अंक एवं चिन्ह ''उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 5-क की उपधारा (2) के अधीन रेल एवं वायुयान द्वारा की गई यात्राओं पर किया गया कुल व्यय, एक वित्तीय वर्ष में बोर्डि ंग सहित (रेल्वे स्टेशन/एयरपोर्ट से गंतव्य स्थान तक सड़क मार्ग से की गई यात्रा) रूपये 5,00,000 (पांच लाख) से अधिक नहीं होगा'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। |
क्रमांक/307/PLGMJ/845/2025-SECTION(PA).— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अनुसरण में छत्तीसगढ़ विधान सभा भूतपूर्व सदस्य (रेल द्वारा निः शुल्क अभिवहन) नियम, 1996 में संशोधन का अंगे्रजी अनुवाद राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है।

NOTIFICATION
No./307/ PLGMJ/845/2025-SECTION(PA).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Chhattisgarh Vidhan Sabha Sadasya Veten, Bhatta Tatha Pension Adhiniyam, 1972 (No.7 of 1973), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly Ex-members (Free Transit by Railway) Rules, 1996, with retrospective effect from 9th May, 2025, namely :-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
| 1. | In rule 3, for the words "by Rail and Air with boarding value", the words and symbol "by Rail and Air with boarding (Journey made by road from the railway station/airport to the destination)" shall be substituted. |
| 2. | In Proviso of rule 3, for the words, figure and symbol "by rail or by air including boarding under sub-section (2) of Section 5-A in the said Act shall not exceed the amount of Rupees 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) in financial year", the words, figure and symbol "by rail or air including boarding (Journey made by road from the railway station/ airport to the destination) under sub-section (2) of Section 5-A in the said Act shall not exceed the amount of Rupees 5,00,000/- (Five Lakhs) in one financial year" shall be substituted. |
