19) की धारा 2 के खण्ड 8 के उप-खण्ड (ग) तथा (घ) सहपठित भारत सरकार, गृह मंत्रालय अधिसूचना क्र. एस. ओ.
1285, दिनांक 4 मई, 1963 तथा मध्यप्रदेश राज्य पुनर्गठन अधिनियम, 2000 (क्र. 28 सन् 2000) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों
को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, ग्राम गोपालपुर, चोरभट्ठी एवं मड़वामौहा में स्थापित POL (Petroleum
Oil Lubricants) टर्मिनल एवं एल.पी.जी. बॉटलिंग प्लांट को, उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनों के लिये इस आधार पर
''प्रतिषिद्ध स्थान'' घोषित करती है कि इसके संबंध में जानकारी या इसका विनाश या बाधा या उसमें हस्तक्षेप शत्रु के
लिए उपयोगी होगा।

NOTIFICATION
File No. GENS-21/122/2025-HOME SECTION. ⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (c) NS (d) of clause (8) of Section 2 of Official Secrets Act, 1923 (No. 19 of 1923), read with the government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Notification No. S.O. 1285, dated 4th May, 1963 and Madhya Pradesh Re- organisation Act, 2000 (No. 28 of 2000), the State Government, hereby, declares the POL (Petroleum Oil Lubricants) terminal and LPG botting plant established at Village Gopalpur Chorbhatti & Madwamoha of Oil Corporation Limited as a "PROHIBITED PLACE" for the purposes of the said Act on the ground that information with respect thereto, or the destruction or obstruction thereof, or interference therewith, would be useful to an enemy.
