NOTIFICATION
F.No. 3414/2542/XXI-B/C.G./2025.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 22 of the National Investigation Agency Act, 2008 (No. 34 of 2008) and in consultation with the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh, the State Government, hereby, amends its previous Notification No. 702/50/XXI-B/C.G./2021, dated 15.01.2021 and designate the following Special Courts as mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule below, having jurisdiction over areas mentioned in column (3) of the said Schedule, for the trial of Scheduled offences, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the schedule of the said Notification, :-
1. For Serial Number 4 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, Namely:-

| "4 | (i) 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Kanker | Civil District Uttar Bastar Kanker except the area falling under the jurisdiction of Civil Court- Bhanupratappur and Pakhanjur. |
| (ii) 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Bhanupratappur | Area falling under the jurisdiction of Civil Court- Bhanupratappur and Pakhanjur |
2. After Note (3), the following shall be added, namely:-
"Note(4) In the absence of 1st ASJ, Kanker, the NIA Act cases shall be disposed of by the Sessions Judge, Kanker.
(5) In absence of 1st ASJ, Bhanupratappur, the NIA Act cases shall be disposed of by the IInd ASJ, Bhanupratappur or in the absence of IInd ASJ, Bhanupratappur, NIA Act cases shall be disposed sof by the Session Judge, Kanker."
