ORDER
No. 3493/2843/21-B/C.G./2025.— The State Government, on recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh vide Memo No. 1138/II-2-101/2001(Part-II)/Confdl./2025, Bilaspur dated 08 October 2025, hereby, withdraws the service of Smt. Sushma Sawant, Member of Higher Judicial Services, Presently posted as Principal District and Sessions Judge, Rajnandgaon from the High Court of Chhattisgarh and hands it overs to the General Administration Department, Government of Chhattisgarh for her appointment on deputation as Principal Secretary, Government of Chhattisgarh, Law and Legislative Affairs Department Raipur, from the date she assumes charge of her office.
