बैचलर ऑफ एजुकेशन (बी.एड. )
1. संकाय : शिक्षा/ शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण
2. अवधि
बी.एड. कार्यक्रम दो शैक्षणिक वर्ष की अवधि का होगा , तथापि कोई अभ्यर्थी इस कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश से लेकर अधिकतम तीन वर्ष तक पूर्ण कर सकता है ।
3. कार्य दिवस
क) प्रत्येकवर्ष कम सेकम दो सौ (200 ) कार्य दिवस होंगे । इसमें प्रवेश तथा परीक्षाओं की अवधि सम्मिलित नहीं है ।
ख ) कार्यक्रम चलाने वाली संस्थाएं प्रति सप्ताह कम से कम 36 घंटे ( पांच या छः दिन ) कार्य करेंगी जिस दौरान सभी अध्यापक तथा छात्र- अध्यापक को वास्तविक रूप से उपस्थित रहना अनिवार्य होगा, ताकि आवश्यकतानुसार सलाह निर्देशन तथा संवाद सुनिश्चित किया जा सके
ग) सभी पाठ्यचर्यात्मक कार्य तथा प्रायोगिक कार्य के लिए छात्र- अध्यापकों के लिये न्यूनतम उपस्थिति 80 % होगी तथा स्कूलबद्ध प्रशिक्षण के लिये न्यूनतम उपस्थिति की सीमा 90 % होगी । 4. सीटों की संख्या
50 सीटों की एक बुनियादी इकाई होगी । एनसीटीई की मंजूरी के बाद इस इकाई को बढ़ाई जा सकती है ।
5. पात्रता
क) कार्यक्रम में प्रवेश के लिये स्नातक डिग्री या / अथवा विज्ञान / सामाजिक विज्ञान / मानविकी में कम से कम 50%अंक पाने वाले अभ्यर्थी पात्र होंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त इंजीनियरिंग जिसमें विज्ञान और गणित की विशेषज्ञता हो में 55% अंक प्राप्त करने वाले अभ्यर्थी अथवा इनके समतुल्य कोई अन्य अर्हता वाले अभ्यर्थी प्रवेश के लिये पात्र होंगे ।
ख) अनुसूचित जाति / जनजाति / ओ.बी.सी. / पी.डब्ल्यू.डी. और अन्य वर्गों के लिये स्थान आरक्षण तथा अंको में छूट केन्द्रीय अथवा राज्य सरकारों (जो भी लागू हो ) , के नियमों के अनुसार होगी । 6. प्रवेश प्रकिया
क). प्रवेश की प्रक्रियामेरिट के आधार पर राज्य सरकार और विश्वविद्यालय की नीति के अनुसार होगी तथा किसी अन्य चयन प्रक्रिया में प्राप्त अंकों की योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा । ख ) अनुसूचित जाति / जनजाति / ओ.बी.सी. / पी.डब्ल्यू.डी. और अन्य वर्गों के लिये स्थान आरक्षण तथा अंको में छूट केन्द्रीय अथवा राज्य सरकारों ( जो भी लागू हो ) , के नियमों के अनुसार होगी । 7. शैक्षणिक वर्ष
दो शैक्षणिक चक्र होंगे एक जुलाई से दिसंबर तक और दूसरा जनवरी से जून तक।
8. प्रवेश निरस्त करने की प्रकिया
निम्नलिखित किसी एक या अधिक कारणों से किसी छात्र का प्रवेश निरस्त किया जा सकता है:
क) किसी भी स्तर पर, यदि कोई छात्र सरकारी मानदंडों / दिशानिर्देशों या विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों के अनुसार कार्यक्रम के लिए योग्य नहीं पाया जाता है ।
ख) विश्वविद्यालय में विद्यार्थी का घोर अनुशासनहीनता में संलिप्त होना । छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र, दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2025
1636(1 ) ग ) उसे गलत / जाली दस्तावेज पेश करते हुए या प्रवेश सुरक्षित करने के लिए अनुचित साधनों का उपयोग करते हुए पाया गया है ।
घ) शुल्क का भुगतान नहीं किया गया है ।
ङ) आवेदन पत्र किसी भी प्रकार से अधूरा है ।
च) प्रवेश के लिए आवश्यक सहायक दस्तावेज संलग्न नहीं हैं ।
छ) नोटः सभी आवश्यक दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन और जमा करने और अपेक्षित शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा नए नामांकित छात्र को पंजीकरण संख्या सौंपी जाएगी ।
9. शुल्क
पाठ्यक्रम की फीस प्रबंधन बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर संशोधित एनसीटीई (गैर सहायता प्राप्त शिक्षक शिक्षा संस्थानों द्वारा ली जाने वाली ट्यूशन फीस और अन्य फीस के विनियमन के लिए दिशानिर्देश ) विनियम 2002 के प्रावधानों के साथ सीजीपीयूआरसी की पूर्व मंजूरी के साथ तय की जाएगी ।
10. पाठ्यचर्या
बी.एड. की पाठ्यचर्या का अभिकल्पन इस प्रकार होगा जिसमें विषय के ज्ञान , मानव विकास , शिक्षा-शास्त्रीय ज्ञान तथा संप्रेषण कौशलों का संघटन हो । इस कार्यक्रम में तीन मुख्य पाठ्यचर्चात्मक क्षेत्र सम्मिलित होंगे ये क्षेत्र है शिक्षा के परिप्रेक्ष्य पाठ्यचर्यात्मक तथा शिक्षा- शास्त्रीय अध्ययन तथा क्षेत्र के साथ विनियोजन ।
इन पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्रों के अन्तर्गत ओने वाले पाठ्यकम मूल लेखों के सघन अध्ययन संगोष्ठी / सत्र लेख प्रस्तुतीकरण तथा क्षेत्र के साथ सतत् विनियोजन पर आधारित होंगे । पाठ्यक्रमों के कार्य संपादन में विभिन्न दृष्टिाकोण का उपयोग किया जाएगा जैसे मामला अध्ययन, विमर्शात्मक जर्नलों , बच्चों के प्रक्षणों तथा विविध सामाजिक- सांस्कृतिक परिवेशों के समुदाय के साथ अन्योन्यकिया पर चर्चा सूचना संप्रेषण प्रौद्योगिकी (आई.सी.टी. ) , लिंग तथा योग शिक्षा एवं निःशक्तता / समोवेशी शिक्षा बी.एडऋ पाठ्यचर्या का एक अभिन्न अंग होगी ।
क) सैद्धांतिक पाठ्यकम
(i) शिक्षा के परिप्रेक्ष्य
शिक्षा के परिप्रेक्ष्यों के अन्तर्गत बाल्यावस्था अध्ययन, बाल विकास तथा किशोरावस्था समकालीन भारत व शिक्षा में दर्शानिक तथा समाजशास्त्रीय परिप्रेक्ष्य , ज्ञान के सैद्धातिंक आधार तथा पाठ्यचर्या अध्यापन और अधिगम , विद्यालय तथा समाज के संदर्भ में लिंग तथा समावेशी शिक्षा पाठ्यक्रम सम्मिलित है । बाल्यावस्था अध्ययन संबंधी पाइयकम छात्र-अध्यापक को भारतीय समाज और शिक्षा के साथ जाड़ने में समाजशास्त्रीय विश्लेषण के अवधारणत्मक साधनों और विवध समुदायों बच्चों और विद्यालयों के साथ जुड़ने के प्रायोगिक अनुभवों की प्राप्ति में सक्षम बनाएगा । समकालीन भारत तथा शिक्षा संबंधी पाठ्यक्रम विवधता संबंधी मद्दो, भारतीय समाज में असमानता तथा उपान्तिकीकरण और इनमें शैक्षिक निहितार्थ तथा इनके साथ भारतीय शिक्षा में सार्थक नीतिगत विचार संबंधी विश्लेषणों के विषय में संप्रत्यात्मक समझा का विकास करेगा । ज्ञान और पाठ्यचर्या पर पाठ्यक्रम ऐतिहासिक , दार्शनिक तथा समाज शास्त्रीय प्ररिप्रेक्ष्यों की दृष्टि से विद्यालयी ज्ञान के सैद्धांतिक अधारों पर प्रकाश डालगा और इनके साथ - साथ पाठ्यचर्यात्मक उद्देश्यों और संदर्भ तथा पाठ्यचर्या , नीति और अधिगम में मध्य संबंध के विवेचनात्मक विश्लेषण को भी संबोधित करेगा । अध्यापन और अधिगम का पाठ्यक्रम सामाजिक तथा सांवेगिक विकास , आत्म तथा आत्म- परिचय , और संज्ञान तथा अधिगम के पक्षों पर बल देगा ।
(ii) पाठ्यचर्या तथा शिक्षणशास्त्रीय अध्ययन
पाठ्यचर्या तथा शिक्षा शास्त्रीय अध्ययनों के पाठ्यक्रम में भाषा संबंधी पक्ष सम्मिलित होंगे जो पाठ्यचर्या तथा संप्रेषण , विषय की समझ, विद्यालयी विषय का सामाजिक इतिहास तथा इसके शिक्षा छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र, दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2025

शास्त्रीय आधारों पर लागू होगा और जिनका बल अध्येता पर होगा । इसके अतिरिक्त इसमें अधिगम के लिये मूल्यांकन के सैद्धांतिक प्ररिप्रेक्ष्य भी सम्मिलित होंगे ।
पाठ्यचर्या और शिक्षा शास्त्रीय पाठ्यक्रमों के अंन्तर्गत किसी विशेष अनुशासन के स्वरूप का अध्ययन, विद्यालयी पाठ्यचर्याका विवेचित ज्ञान , विद्यालयी पाठ्यक्रमों की विवेचनात्मक समझ , अध्येता, अनुशासन और अधिगम का समाजीय संदर्भ , तथा छाटे बच्चों के अधिगम के विभिन्न पक्ष सम्मिलित होंगे । इस कार्यक्रम का रिरूप्ऐसा होगा कि विद्यार्थी विद्यालय के एक या दो स्तरो पर किसी एक अनुशासनात्मक क्षेत्र में विशेषज्ञता प्राप्त कर सके , जैसे, सामाजिक विज्ञान विज्ञान , गणित भाषाएं और उसी अनुशासन से एक विषय क्षेत्र / पाठ्यक्रम का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में पाठ्यचर्या की समझ , विद्यालयी ज्ञान की समुदायिक जीवन से संबंद्धता का विकास करना है । उपयुक्त शिक्षा-शास्त्रीय प्रक्रियाओं और बच्चों के साथ सार्थक रूप से संप्रेषण के माध्यम से विषय के ज्ञान से अवधारणाओं की पर्नरचना करने के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की अन्वेषी परियोजनाएं सम्मिलित की जाएगी । ख ) क्षेत्र / प्रायोगिक कियाकलाप के साथ संबंध
बी.एड. कार्यक्रम स्वयं के साथ , बच्चे, समुदाय , और विभिन्न स्तरों पर विद्यालय के साथ एक दीर्घ कालीन व अखंड संबंध स्थापित करेगा, यह कार्य विभिन्न पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्रों में निकट संबंध स्थापित करके किया जाएगा । यह पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्र (अर्थात क्षेत्र व प्रयोगात्मक क्रियाकलाप) उपर्युक्त दो मुख्य पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्र के मध्य एक महत्वपूर्ण कड़ी का कार्य करेगा जो इसके तीन घटकों के माध्यम से संपादित होगा । ये घटक है :
ऐसे कार्य और प्रदत्त कार्य असाइनमैंट जो सभी पाठ्यक्रमों में सम्मिलित हो ।
स्कूल स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण ( इन्टर्नशीप )
व्यावसायिक क्षमताओं को संबंर्धित करने वाले पाठ्यक्रम
" शिक्षा के प्ररिप्रेक्ष्य " तथा " पाठ्यचर्या और शिक्षा शास्त्रीय अध्ययन" के पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्र समुदाय, विद्यालय तथा विद्यालयी बच्चों और विद्यालय से विरत बच्चों का विभिन्न कार्यों और परियोजनाओं के माध्यम से क्षेत्र के साथ संबंध स्थापित कर देंगे । ये कार्य और परियोजनाएं क्षेत्र आधारित अनुभवों के साथ एक अध्यापक शिक्षा की कक्षा में विवेचित परिप्रेक्ष्यों और सैद्धांतिक ढाचों को प्रमाणित करने में सहायता करेंगी । इन कार्यों और परियोजनाओं में सतत् और व्यापक मूल्यांकन संबंधी पद्धतियों का विकास करने , सेवारत विद्यालयी आध्यापकों का व्यावसायिक विकास करने , अथवा विद्यालय प्रबंधन समिति इत्यादि के साथ संवाद करने के लिए सहयोगात्मक सहभागित्व सम्मिलित है । समुदाय आधारित परियुक्ति के अन्तर्गत समकालीन भारत और शिक्षा या सामाजिक विज्ञान / इतिहास के शिक्षा-शास्त्र के एक अंश के रूप में शिल्पकारों के साथ समुदाय उनके मौखिक इतिहास संबंधी परियोजनाएं आ सकती है । जो एक विशेष गांव या समुदाय के सरोकारों या चिन्ताओं की और ध्यान देती हों ।
छात्र-छात्राओं की व्यावसायिक क्षमताओं को सवर्धित करने के लिए अनेक विशिष्ट पाठ्यकम प्रस्तावित किये जा सकते हैं जैसे, भाषा और संप्रेषण संबंधी पाठ्यक्रम , नाटक तथा कला आत्म- विकास और आईसीटी । एक महत्वपूर्ण पाठ्यचर्यात्मक संसाधन के रूप में आईसीटी की विवेचित समझ पर एक पाठ्यक्रम प्रस्तावित किया जा सकता है , जो एक अध्यापक की भूमिका को प्रमुखता प्रदान करेगा , डिजिटल संसाधनो के लोक स्वामित्व को सुनिश्चित करेगा और रचनावादी उपागमों को प्रोत्साहित करेगा जो मात्र आईसीटी की अभिगम्यता की बजाए प्रत्याशा तथा सहरचना को विशेषाधिकार प्रदान करेगा । ऐसे पाठ्यक्रमों का अभिकल्पन भी किया जाएगा जिन का बल एक अध्यापक के संवृत्तिक तथा आत्म- विकास पर हो और जिनमें सैद्धांतिक तथा प्रायोगिक घटकों को समावेश हो तथा जिनका कार्य संपादन ऐसी संकेन्द्रित कार्यशालाओं के माध्यम से किया जाए जिनमें कला, संगीत और नाटक संबंधी घटक सम्मिलित हों ।
ये पाठ्यक्रम ऐसे अवसर प्रदान करेंगे जिसे आत्म पहचान, अन्तरवैयक्तिक संबंध, बच्चे और प्रौढ़ के मध्य अन्तरवैयक्तिक तथा सामाजिक संरचनाएं विद्यालय संघर्ष और सामाजिक परिवर्तन के स्थल के रूप्में योग शिक्षा को समझाना और अभ्यास करना , सामाजिक संवेदनशीलता का विकास करना , सनुने और महत्व देने की क्षमता का विकास करना संबंधी मुद्दों पर अध्ययन सम्मिलित होगा । छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र, दिनांक 15 अक्टूबर 2025
1636(3) ग) स्कूल स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण इर्टशिप
स्कूल स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण इंटर्नशिप का संबंध " क्षेत्र के साथ प्ररियुक्ति नामक मुख्य पाठ्यचर्यात्मक क्षेत्र के अंश के रूप में है और इस का अभिकल्पन प्ररिप्रेक्ष्यों , व्यावसायिक क्षमता , अध्यापक प्रभवनीयताओं और कौशलों में एक व्यापक संग्रह के विकास की ओर अग्रसर करेगा । बी.एड. की पाठ्यचर्या अध्येताओं और विद्यालय जिसमें अधिगम का सतत और व्यापक मूल्यांकन भी सम्मिलित है, के साथ एक दीर्घाकृत व अविच्छिन्न परियुक्ति प्रदान करेगी जिससे वर्ष भर आस पड़ोस के विद्यालयों के साथ सहक्रिया संभव होगी । ये क्रियाकलाप प्रथम वर्ष 4 ( चार) सप्ताहों में आयोजित किए जाएंगें । पाठ्यक्रम के अंतिम वर्ष के छात्रों की सक्रिय रूप से शिक्षण में प्रवृत्त किया जाएगा । उन्हें दो स्तरों पर प्रवृत्त किया जाएगा । अर्थात उच्च प्राथमिक कक्षा ( कक्षा VI - VIII ) तथा माध्यमिक (कक्षा IX - X) अथवा उच्च माध्यमिक (कक्षा XI - XII ) जिसमें कम से कम 16 सप्ताह माध्यमिक / उच्च माध्यमिक कक्षाओं के लिए होगे । जैसा कि ऊपर कहा गया है , इस दो वर्षीय कार्यक्रम के अन्तर्गत विद्यालयों में इंटर्नशिप कम से कम 20 सप्ताह की होगी (4 सप्ताह प्रथम वर्ष में और 16 सप्ताह, द्वितीय वर्ष में) । इसमें शिक्षण अभ्यास के अतिरिक्त एक सप्ताह की प्रारंभिक प्रावस्था होगी जिस अवधि में छात्राध्यापक सामान्य कक्षा के नियमित अध्यापक के अध्यापन का प्रेक्षण करेंगे । इसके अतिरिक्त अभ्यास पाठों का समकक्ष प्रेक्षण भी सम्मिलित होगा ।
11. कार्यक्रम कार्यान्वयन
इस व्यावसायिक अध्ययन कार्यक्रम के कार्यान्वयन के लिए प्रत्येक संस्था की निम्नलिखित अपेक्षाओं / स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण को पूरा करना होगा ।
क) स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण इंटर्नशिप समेत सभीक्रियाकलाप का एक कैलेंडर तैयार करे । विद्यालयी तथा अन्य विद्यालय संपर्क कार्यक्रमों को विद्यालय के शैक्षणिक कैलेंडर के साथ समक्रमिक किया जाएगा ।
ख) स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण के लिए तथा कार्यक्रम के अन्य विद्यालय आधारित क्रियाकलाप के लिए कम से कम दस ( 10 ) विद्यालयों की व्यवस्था करें । इस व्यवस्था के लिए जिला शिक्षा अधिकारी की स्वीकृति अनिवार्य होगी । ये विद्यालय इस कार्यक्रम की अवधि में सभी प्रायोगिक क्रियाकलाप और संबंधित कार्य के लिए मूल संपर्क बिंदु के रूप में समझे जाएंगे ।
ग) " शिक्षा के परिप्रेक्ष्यों " तथा " पाठ्यचर्या तथा शिक्षा- शास्त्रीय अध्ययन " संबंधी पाठ्यक्रमों का कार्य - सम्पादन करने में बहुल और बहुविध दृष्टिकोणों का उपयोग करना चाहिए जैसे मामला अध्ययन , समस्या समाधान, विद्ववत् गोष्ठी में विमर्शक जरनलों पर चर्चा, बहुल सामाजिक सास्कृ तिक वातावरणो में बच्चों का प्रेक्षण अंतरंग छात्राध्यापक विमर्शक दैनिकी तथा प्रेक्षण रिकार्ड बनाए रखेंगे जिनसे उन्हें विमर्शी चिंतन के अवसर प्राप्त होंगे ।
घ) . समय समय पर विद्यार्थियों तथा संकाय के लिए सेमिनार, वाद - विवाद , लैक्चर , तथा चर्चा समूहों का आयोजन कर शिक्षा में चर्चा का प्रारंभ करें ।
ङ) मूल अनुशासनों के संकाय के साथ अन्योन्यक्रिया समेत शैक्षिक संवर्धन कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करें और संकाय सदस्यों को शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेने और विशेषकर विद्यालयों में शोध कार्य करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करें । विश्वविद्यालयों और विद्यालयों में शोध/ अध्यापन कार्य आरंभ करने संबंधी प्रावधान बनाए जाएंगे ।
च) अध्यापक शिक्षा संस्थाओं में छात्राध्यापकों को प्रतिपुष्टि प्रदान करने और विस्तार अतिथि लेक्चरार के तथा विद्वत सम्मेलन आयोजित करने हेतु विद्यालयी आध्यापकों को आमंत्रित किया जाएगा ।
छ) विद्यार्थियों व अध्यापक वर्ग की शिकायतों की ओर ध्यान देने तथा उनका समाधान करने के लिए एक तंत्र तथा प्रावधान किए जाएंगे ।
ज) विद्यालय स्थानबद्ध प्रशिक्षण के लिए अध्यापक शिक्षा संस्थानों तथा संबद्ध विद्यालयों द्वारा छात्र-अध्यापकों को परामर्श देने, उनका पर्यवेक्षण करने, उन पर दृष्टि रखने और उनका आकलन करने के लिए एक परस्पर सम्मत प्रक्रिया स्थापित की जाएगी । 1636(4)

12. मूल्यांकन
"शिक्षा के परिप्रेक्ष्य " तथा " पाठ्यचर्या और शिक्षण- शास्त्रीय अध्ययन के लिए कम से कम 20 प्रतिशत से 30 प्रतिशत तक अंक सतत् आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन के लिए निर्धारित किए जाने चाहिए तथा 70 प्रतिशत से 80 प्रतिशत तक अंक बाह्य परीक्षा के लिए कुल अंको या भारिता का एक चौथाई भाग शिक्षण अभ्यास के लिए निर्धारित किया जाएगा । आन्तरिक और बाह्य परीक्षाओं की भारिता संबंद्धकारी विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा निर्धारित की जाएगी । 'क्षेत्र के साथ परियुक्ति' के संपूर्ण पाठ्यक्रम पर विद्यार्थियों का आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन किया जाना चाहिए , न केवल उस परियोजना/ क्षेत्र कार्य पर जो उन्हें उन की इकाइयों के अध्ययन के एक भाग के रूप में दिया गया है । मूल्यांकन और उसके लिए प्रयुक्त निकर्ष विद्यार्थियों के लिए पारदर्शी होने चाहिए ताकि व्यावसायिक प्रतिपुष्टि से वे अधिकतम रूप में लाभान्वित हो सकें । व्यावसायिक प्रतिपुष्टि के एक अंश के रूप में विद्यार्थियों को उनके अंकों या ग्रेडों की सूचना दी जाती रहेगी ताकि उन्हें अपने निष्पादन में सुधार लाने का अवसर मिलता रहे । आन्तरिक मूल्यांकन के आधारों में व्यक्तिगत अथवा समूह प्रदत्त कार्य, प्रेक्षण रिकार्ड, डायरियां , दैनिकी इत्यादि सम्मिलित हो सकती हैं ।
13. सार्वजनिक
प्रत्येक विषय का विस्तृत पाठ्यक्रम अध्ययन बोर्ड द्वारा तैयार किया जाएगा और अकादमिक परिषद और कुलपति द्वारा विधिवत अनुमोदित किया जाएगा ।
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में कार्रवाई बिलासपुर स्थित छत्तीसगढ़ उच्च न्यायालय के क्षेत्राधिकार में होगा ।

Chhattisgarh Private Universities Regulatory Commission, Raipur vide its Letter No. 10510/ आंजनेय. यू. / परिनियम / 171/2023/22048 , Dated 25-04-2025 has approved the subsequent Ordinance No. 60 of Anjaneya University Raipur (C.G. ) , Under Section 29 ( 2 ) of Chhattisgarh Private Universities (Establishment & Operation) Act , 2025 .
2/ The State Government hereby gives its approval for notification of these Ordinance in Official Gazette .
3/ The above Ordinance shall come into force with retrospective effect from 1st July , 2024 .

Bachelor of Education
(B. Ed)
1. Faculty : Education/Teacher Training
2. Duration: The B.Ed. programme shall be of a duration of two academic years (Four semester ) which can be completed in a maximum of three years from the date of admission to the programme .
3. Working Days :
a) There shall be at least 180 working days each year exclusive of the period of examination and admission .
b) The institution shall work for a minimum of thirty - six hours in a week ( five or six days ) , during which physical presence in the institution of all the teachers and student teachers is necessary to ensure their availability for advice , guidance , dialogue and consultation as and when needed .
c) The minimum attendance of student- teachers shall have to be 80 % for all course work and practicum , and 90 % for school internship .
4. Intake: There shall be a basic unit of 50 seats . Multiples of this unit can also be set up after approval of NCTE .
5. Eligibility :
a ) Candidates with at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelor's Degree and/ or in the Master's Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences / Humanity , Bachelor's in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55 % marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto , are eligible for admission to the programme .
b) The reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST /OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/ State Government , whichever is applicable.
6. Admission Procedure : Admission shall be made on merit basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/ or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government and the University .
The reservation and relaxation for SC/ ST/ OBC/PWD and other categories shall be as per the rules of the central government/ state government, whichever is applicable .
7. Academic Year : There shall be two academic cycles one from July to December and another from January to June .
8.Cancellation of Admission : Admission of a student may be cancelled due to any one or more under mentioned reasons :
a) At any stage , if a student is found not qualified for the Programme , as per Government norms / guidelines or the eligibility criteria prescribed by the University.
b) Involvement of the student in gross indiscipline in the University.

c) She/he is found to have produced false/ forged documents or found to have used improper means to secure admission .
d) The fee is not paid .
e ) The application form is incomplete in any way .
f) The supporting documents required for admission are not enclosed .
g) Note : Registration number will be assigned to the newly enrolled student by the University after verification and submission of all the necessary documents and upon payment of requisite fees .
9. Fees: The course fees will be as decided by the Board of Management from time to time with the prior approval of CGPURC with provisions of NCTE ( Guidelines for regulation of tuition fees and other fees chargeable by un aided teacher education institutions) Regulations 2002 , as amended from time to time .
10.Curriculum : The B.Ed. curriculum shall be designed to integrate the study of subject knowledge , human development , pedagogical knowledge , and communication skills . The programme shall comprise three broad curricular areas : Perspectives in Education, Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies , and Engagement with the Field.
The courses under each of these curricular areas will be based on a close reading of original writings , seminar/term paper presentations , and continuous engagement with the field . Transaction of the courses shall be done using a variety of approaches , such as case studies , discussions on reflective journals , observations of children , and interactions with the community in multiple socio - cultural environments .
Information and Communication Technology ( ICT) , gender , yoga education , and disability/ inclusive education shall form an integral part of the B.Ed. curriculum .
( a) Theory Courses
(i) Perspectives in Education
Perspectives in Education should include courses in the study of childhood , child development and adolescence , contemporary India and education , philosophical and sociological perspectives in education , theoretical foundations of knowledge and curriculum , teaching and learning , gender in the context of school and society , and inclusive education.
The course in childhood studies shall enable student - teachers to engage with studies on Indian society and education , acquire conceptual tools of sociological analysis , and hands - on experience of engaging with diverse communities , children , and schools . The course on ' Contemporary India and Education' shall develop a conceptual understanding of issues of diversity , inequality , and marginalization in Indian society and the implications for education , with analyses of significant policy debates in Indian education.
The course on ' Knowledge and Curriculum ' will address the theoretical foundations of school knowledge from historical , philosophical , and sociological perspectives , with critical analysis of curricular aims and context , and the relationship between curriculum , policy, and learning . The course on ' Teaching and Learning ' will focus on aspects of social and emotional development , self and identity , cognition, and learning .

( ii ) Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies
Courses in Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies shall include aspects of language across the curriculum and communication , understanding of a discipline , social history of a school subject , and its pedagogical foundations , with a focus on the learner ; and a course on the theoretical perspectives on assessment for learning .
Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies courses shall offer a study of the nature of a particular discipline , critical understanding of the school curriculum; pedagogy as the integration of knowledge about the learner , the discipline , and the societal context of learning , and research relating to different aspects of young children's learning.
The design of the programme would enable students to specialize in one disciplinary area , viz . Social Science , Science , Mathematics , Languages , and a subject area from the same discipline , at one or two levels of school . The courses shall aim to develop in students an understanding of the curriculum, linking school knowledge with community life . A variety of investigative projects shall be included to reconstruct concepts from subject knowledge through appropriate pedagogic processes and to communicate meaningfully with children .
(b) Engagement with the Field/Practicum
The B.Ed. programme shall provide for sustained engagement with the Self, the Child, Community , and School , at different levels and through establishing close connections between different curricular areas . This curricular area would serve as an important link between the above two broad curricular areas through its three components :
i. Tasks and Assignments that run through all the courses .
ii. School Internship .
Courses on Enhancing Professional Capacities .
The curricular areas of ' Perspectives in Education ' and ' Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies ' shall offer field engagement through different tasks and projects with the community , the school , and the child in school and out- of - school . These tasks and projects would help in substantiating perspectives and theoretical frameworks studied in a teacher education classroom with field - based experiences .
The tasks and projects may include collaborative partnerships with the schools for developing CCE practices , establishing study circles /forums for professional development of in - service school teachers , or dialoguing with the School Management Committee ( SMC) . Community - based engagement may also include oral history projects with a community artisans as part of 'Contemporary India and Education' or 'Pedagogy of Social Science/History' . Likewise , the pedagogy course on science may include environment - based projects to address concerns of a particular village/city or a community.
Several specialised courses shall be offered to enhance professional capacities of a student - teacher such as courses on language and communication , drama and art , self development and ICT. A course on critical understanding of ICTs shall be offered as an important curricular resource , according primacy to the role of the teacher, ensuring public ownership of digital resources , and promoting constructivist approaches that privilege anticipation and co - creation over mere 1636(9)

access to ICTs . Courses that would focus on developing the professional and personal self of a teacher will be designed to integrate theoretical and practical components , transacted through focused workshops with specific inputs on art , music and drama . These courses shall offer opportunities to study issues of identity , interpersonal relations , adult - child gaps , personal and social constructs , schools as sites for struggle and social change ; understanding and practicing yoga education , developing social sensitivity and the capacity to listen and emphasize .
(c) School Internship
School Internship would be a part of the broad curricular area of 'Engagement with the Field' and shall be designed to lead to development of a broad repertoire of perspectives , professional capacities , teacher sensibilities and skills . The curriculum of B.Ed. shall provide for sustained engagement with learners and the school ( including engaging in continuous and comprehensive assessment for learning ) , thereby creating a synergy with schools in the neighbourhood throughout the year . Student- teachers shall be equipped to cater to diverse needs of learners in schools . These activities shall be organized for 4 weeks in the first year of the course .
Students are to be actively engaged in teaching for 16 weeks in the final year of the course . They shall be engaged at two levels , namely , upper primary (classes VI- VIII) and secondary ( IX - X) , or senior secondary , with at least 16 weeks in secondary / senior secondary classes . They should be provided opportunities to teach in schools with systematic supervisory support and feedback from faculty.
Internship in schools will be for a minimum duration of 20 weeks for a two- year programme (4 weeks in the first year, and 16 weeks in the second year as noted above ) . This should also include , besides practice teaching , an initial phase of one week for observing a regular classroom with a regular teacher and would also include peer observations , teacher observations and faculty observations of practice lessons .
11. Programme Implementation :
a) The institution shall meet the following specific demands for implementing this professional programme of study:
b) Prepare a calendar for all activities , including school internships . The school internship and other school contact programmes shall be synchronized with the academic calendar of the school .
c) Make an arrangement with at least ten schools for the Internship as well as other school - based activities of the programme . The arrangement shall have the approval of the district education authorities . These schools shall form the basic contact point for all practicum activities and related work during the course of the programme .
d) Transaction of the Perspectives in Education and Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies courses should be done using multiple and varied approaches such as :
i.. Case studies , problem- solving , discussions on reflective journals in colloquia
ii .. Observations of children in multiple socio- cultural environments 1636(10)

iii .. Interns shall maintain reflective journals and observation records , which provide opportunities for reflective thinking .
e) . Initiate discourse on education by periodically organizing seminars , debates , lectures , and discussion groups for students and faculty.
f) . Organize academic enrichment programmes , including interactions with faculty from parent disciplines , and encourage faculty members to participate in academic pursuits and pursue research , especially in schools .
i. Provisions of leave shall be made for faculty to undertake research/ teaching in universities and schools .
g) . School teachers shall be invited to teacher education institutions for feedback to student - teachers and for extension/ guest lectures and organizing colloquium.
h) . There shall be mechanisms and provisions for addressing complaints of students and faculty , and for grievance redressal .
i). For school internship , the TEIs (Teacher Education Institutions ) and the participating schools shall set up a mutually agreed mechanism for mentoring , supervising , tracking , and assessing the student teachers .
12. Assessment : For Perspectives in Education and Curriculum and Pedagogic Studies , at least 20 % to 30 % marks may be assigned for continuous internal assessment and 70 % to 80 % marks for external examination . One- fourth of the total marks/ weightage shall be allocated to assessment of practice teaching . The weightage for internal and external assessment shall be prescribed by the affiliating university .
Candidates must be internally assessed on the entire course of Engagement with the Field and not only on the project/ field work given to them as part of their units of study.
The basis for assessment and criteria used ought to be transparent for students to benefit maximally out of professional feedback . Students shall be given information about their grades /marks as part of professional feedback so that they get the opportunity to improve their performance .
The bases of internal assessment may include:
a) . Individual or group assignments
b) . Observation records
c) . Student portfolio
d) . Diaries
e) . Journal assessment
13. General : Detailed syllabus of each subject shall be prepared by the Board of Studies and duly approved by the Academic Council and the Vice- Chancellor .
In case of any dispute the action shall lie within the Jurisdiction of High Court of Chhattisgarh at Bilaspur .
Any other provision not contained in the above shall be governed by the rules and regulations framed by the University from time to time , with the prior 1636(11 )
