क्रमांक एफ 07-1/2019/जनगणना/गृह-दो.⸺ जनगणना नियम, 1990 के नियम 6घ के अनुसरण में, राज्य सरकार एतद्द्वारा, सामान्य जानकारी के लिए, गृह मंत्रालय भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना क्र. का.आ. 4698 (अ) दिनांक 16.10.2025 को निम्नानुसार पुनः प्रकाशित करती है :-

अधिसूचना
नई दिल्ली, 16 अक्टूबर, 2025 का.आ. 4698 (अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, जनगणना अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 37) की धारा 17 क सहपठित जनगणना नियम, 1990 के नियम 6घ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत की जनगणना, 2027 के पहले चरण के पूर्व-परीक्षण के संचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों का विस्तार करती है। भारत की जनगणना, 2027 के पहले चरण के पूर्व परीक्षण अर्थात् चयनित नमूना क्षेत्रों में मकानसूचीकरण और मकानों की गणना सभी राज्यों और संघ राज्यक्षेत्रों में 10 नवंबर, 2025 से 30 नवंबर, 2025 संचालित किया जाएगा। 1 नवंबर, 2025 में तारीख 7 नंवबर, 2025 तक स्व-गणना के लिए भी विकल्प होगा। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 24th October 2025

No. F-07-1/2019/Census/Home-2 .⸺ In pursuance of Rule 6D of the Census Rule, 1990, the State Government hererby, for general information, re-publishes the Notification No. S.O. 4698(E)dated 16.10.2025 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India as under:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th October, 2025 S.O. 4698(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17A of the Census Act, 1948 (37 of 1948) read with rule 6D of the Census Rules, 1990, the Central Government hereby extends the provisions of the said Act for conduct of pre-test of first phase of Census of India, 2027. The pre-test of first phase of Census of India, 2027 that is Houselisting and Housing Census in selected sample areas shall be conducted from 10th November, 2025 to 30th November, 2025 in all States and Union territories. There shall also be an option for self- enumeration from 1st November, 2025 to 7th November, 2025.
