अधिसूचना

क्रमांक GENS/6887/2025-REVENUE सात-3.— छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्रमांक 20 सन्‌ 1959) की धारा 13 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट उप-खण्ड की सीमाओं को परिवर्तित, कॉलम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट नवीन उप-खण्ड को सृजित तथा यथा विनिर्दिष्ट उनकी सीमाओं को परिभाषित करती है, जिसे उक्त अधिनियम की धारा (13) की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा अपेक्षित अनुसार पूर्व में प्रकाशित किया जा चुका है, अर्थात्‌ः-

NOTIFICATION

No. GENS/6887/2025-REVENUE/Seven-3.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) ofSection 13 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby, alter the limits of Sub-Division specified in column (2), creates a new Sub-Division specified in column (3) and to defines the limits theref as specified in the Schedule below, the same having been previonsly published as required by sub-section (2) of Section (13) of the said Adhiniyam, Namely:-
