ORDER
F. No.3732/3145/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 1404/II-15-2/2025(Pt.- IV)/Confdl./2025, Bilaslpur, dated 20-11-2025, by withdrawing the services of the following member of Higher Judicial Services specified in column (2) of the Schedule below, appoints him as Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date he assumes charge of his office, namely:-
