ORDER
F. No.3734/3145/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 1404/II-15-2/2005(Pt.- IV)/Confdl./2025, Bilaspur, dated 20 -11-2025 appoints the following member of the Higher Judicial Services specified in column (2) of the Table below to the post as mentioned in column (3) of the Table, from the date he assumes charge of his office, namely :-
