क्र. RULE-801/40/2025-FINANCE.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतदद्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ पेंशनर कल्याण निधि नियम, 1997 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 3 के खण्ड (घ) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, अर्थात् :- ''(घ) ''संचालक'' से अभिप्रेत है, संचालक, पेंशन एवं भविष्य निधि, छत्तीसगढ़;़''
2. नियम 9 के उप-नियम (2) के खण्ड (तीन) में, शब्द ''कोष एवं लेखा'' के स्थान पर, शब्द ''पेंशन एवं भविष्य निधि, छत्तीसगढ़'' प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए। Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 26th November 2025
NOTIFICATION
No.RULE-801/40/2025-FINANCE.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Pensioners Welfare Fund Rules, 1997, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
1. For clause (d) of rule 3, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"(d) "Director" means the Director, Pension and Provident Fund, Chhattisgarh;"
2. In clause (iii) of sub-rule (2) of rule 9, for the words "of Treasuries incharge of Pension work", the words "Pension and Provident Fund, Chhattisgarh" shall be substituted.
