क्रमांक- ESTB-103/38/2025-HOME SECTION.— छत्तीसगढ़ पुलिस अधिनियम, 2007 (क्र. 13 सन्‌ 2007) की धारा 7 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए तथा भारतीय नागरीक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2023 (2023 का सं. 46) की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (प) के अनुसरण में, राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌द्वारा, राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में विनिर्दिष्ट स्थान को उसके तत्स्थानी कॉलम (3) में विनिर्दिष्ट क्षेत्र के लिए सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी अधिनियम, 2000 (2000 का सं. 21) के अधीन घटित समस्त अपराधों एवं बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार संबंधी अपराधों के संबंध में ''पुलिस थाना'' घोषित करती है :-

NOTIFICATION

ESTB-103/38/2025-HOME SECTION.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 7 of the Chhattisgarh Police Act, 2007 (No. 13 of 2007) and in pursuance of clause (u) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (No. 46 of 2023),the state government, hereby, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, declares the place specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as "Police Station" for the areas specified in the corresponding column (3) thereof, in respect of all the offences committed under the Information Technology Act, 2000(No. 21 of 2000) and offences relating to intellectual property right:-
