NOTIFICATION
F. No. 4-108/Home-c/2017.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(1) of Section 3 of the Chhattisgarh Visesh Jan Suraksha Adhiniyam 2005(No.14 of 2006), the State Government hereby, extends the notification of this Department No. F-4-108/Home-c/2017, dated 05 December, 2024 and declares "J.J.M.P.(Jharkhand Jan Mukti Parisad)" Organisation as Unlawful Organisations for a further period of one year.
This Notification will remain in force for one year in Chhattisgarh with effect from 05 December, 2025.
