एफ RULE-8/76/2025-REVENUE.— छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता, 1959 (क्रमांक 20 सन् 1959) की धारा 172 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, अधिसूचित करती है कि निम्नलिखित भूमियों के व्यपवर्तन हेतु सक्षम प्राधिकारी की अनु्ा की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी,-
1. नगर निगम एवं नगरपालिका क्षेत्रों,
2. नगर निगम तथा नगरपालिका की बाह्य सीमाओं से 5 कि.मी. के क्षेत्रों,
3. नगर पंचायत क्षेत्रों,
4. नगर पंचायत की बाह्य सीमाओं से 02 कि.मी. के क्षेत्रों,

NOTIFICATION
F. No. RULE-8/76/2025-REVENUE.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 172 of the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959), the State Government, hereby notifies that permission of the Competent Authority shall not be required for the diversion of the following lands,-
1. Municipal Corporation and Municipality Areas,
2. Areas within 5 KMs from the outer limits of Municipal Corporation and Municipality,
3. Nagar Panchayat Areas,
4. Areas within 2 KMs of from the outer limits of the Nagar Panchayat,
5. Rural Areas.
