NOTIFICATION
F. No. 3989/3317/XXI-B/C.G./25.— In exercise of the powers Conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (No. 49 of 1988), and in consultation with the High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 22612/III-6-4/2003, Bilaspur, dated 28-11-2025, the State Government, hereby, in supersession of this Department's Notification no. 1639/D-389/XXI-B/C.G./2007, dated 15-02-2007, appoints the Sessions Judge specified in column No. (2) of the schedule below to be the special Judge for the local area specified in corresponding entries in coloumn (3) thereof for trial of the cases under the said Act, namely :-
