File No.:ESTB/15773/2025-Tribal Section.— भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ अनुसूचित जनजाति तथा अनुसूचित जाति विकास, अधीनस्थ सेवा (तृतीय वर्ग अलिपिक वर्गीय) भर्ती नियम, 2011 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
अनुसूची- तीन के सरल क्रमांक 12 के कॉलम (5) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित कॉलम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(1) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त शिक्षा मण्डल से (102) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण,
अथवा
पुरानी हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम की प्रथम वर्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
अथवा
10वीं की परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण तथा किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से त्रिवर्षीय डिप्लोमा।
(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र एवं किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी तथा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 8000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति (गति के संबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी) का प्रमाणपत्र।''

File No.:ESTB/15773/2025-Tribal Section.— In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Castes Development Sub-ordinate Service (Class-III Non-Ministerial) Recruitment Rules, 2011, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the said rules,-
For column (5) of serial number 12 of Schedule-III, the following column shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) Passed (10+2) Examination from a recognized education Board,
OR
Passed old Higher Secondary Examination with First year examination of Graduation Course from any recognized University,
OR
Passed 10 Examination and 3 year diploma from any recognized Institute.
(2) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized institute and certificate of Hindi and English typing speed 8000 (key) depressions per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/Institution or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."

संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. अनुसूची- तीन के सरल क्रमांक 1 के कॉलम (5) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित कॉलम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(1) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल से (102) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण,
अथवा
पुरानी हायर सेकेण्डरी परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण होने के साथ मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम की प्रथम वर्ष परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण।
(2) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/ प्रमाण पत्र।
(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल/संस्था अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ शीघ्रलेखन मुद्रलेखन परीक्षा परिषद् से (कम्प्यूटर एवं सॉफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से) हिन्दी अथवा अंग्रेजी मुद्रलेखन में 5000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति (गति के सबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी) का प्रमाण पत्र।''

(क) शीघ्रलेखक (हिन्दी) के लिए- हिन्दी शीघ्रलेखन (शॉर्टहैन्ड) प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण एवं शीघ्रलेखन (शॉर्टहैन्ड) में 100 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति (गति के सबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।
(ख) शीघ्रलेखक (अंग्रेजी) के लिए- अंग्रेजी शीघ्रलेखन (शॉर्टहैन्ड) प्रमाणपत्र परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण एवं शीघ्रलेखन (शॉर्टहैन्ड) में 100 शब्द प्रति मिनट की गति (गति के संबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।
(ग) द्विभाषी शीघ्रलेखक के लिए- उपरोक्त खण्ड (क) तथा (ख) में यथा विर्निदिष्ट हिन्दी तथा अंग्रेजी शीघ्रलेखन (शॉर्टहैन्ड) प्रमाणपत्र पाठ्यक्रम उत्तीर्ण (गति के संबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।
(3) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त संस्था से डाटा एन्ट्री ऑपरेटर/प्रोग्रामिंग में एक वर्षीय डिप्लोमा/प्रमाणपत्र तथा डाटा एन्ट्री में 10,000 की (Key) डिप्रेशन प्रति घंटे की गति (गति के संबंध में कौशल परीक्षा ली जायेगी)।''
3. अनुसूची- तीन के सरल क्रमांक 3 के कॉलम (5) के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित कॉलम प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात्ः- ''(1) किसी मान्यता प्राप्त मण्डल से (102) परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण,

(2) From any recognized Board/Institute/Stenography (Shorthand) Typing Council:-
(a) For Stenographer (Hindi)- Passed Hindi Stenography (Shorthand) Certificate Examination and 100 words per minute speed in Stenography (Shorthand) (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).
(b) For Stenographer (English)- Passed English Stenography (Shorthand) Certificate Examination and 100 words per minute speed in Stenography (Shorthand) (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).
(c) For Bilingual Stenographer- Passed Certificate Course of Hindi and English Stenography (Shorthand) as specified in clause (a) and (b) above (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).
(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and speed of data entry 10,000 (key) depression per hour (efficiency test for speed shall be taken)."
3. For column (5) of serial number 3 of Schedule-III, the following column shall be substituted, namely:-
"(1) Passed (10+2) Examination from any recognized Board,
OR
Passed old Higher Secondary Examination with First year examination of Graduation Course from any recognized University.
(2) 60 words per minute speed in Hindi Stenography (Shorthand) (efficiency test for speed shall be taken).
(3) One year Diploma/Certificate in Data Entry Operator/Programming from any recognized Institute and Certificate of Hindi or English typing speed 5,000 (key) depression per hour (through computer and software) from recognized Board/ Institute or Chhattisgarh Stenography Typing Examination Council (efficiency test for speed shall be taken). "
