क्र.-17/3135/21-ब/छ.ग./2026.— छत्तीसगढ़ आनंद विवाह पंजीयन नियम, 2016 के नियम 1 एवं नियम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, दिनांक 29-01-2016 से छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य में, छत्तीसगढ़ आनंद विवाह पंजीयन नियम 2016 लागू करता है तथा विवाह के पंजीयन के प्रयोजन हेतु छत्तीसगढ़ विवाह का अनिवार्य पंजीयन नियम, 2006 में प्राधिकृत अधिकारी को छत्तीसगढ़ आनंद विवाह पंजीयन नियम 2016 के लिये प्राधिकृत करता है।
No. -17/3135/XXI-B/C.G./2025.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Rule 1 and Rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Anand Marriages Registration Rules, 2016, the State Government, hereby, appoints 29-01-2016 as the date on which the Chhattisgarh Anand Marriages Registration Rules, 2016 shall come into force in the State of Chhattisgarh and officers authorized under "the Chhattisgarh Compulsory Registration of Marriages Rules, 2006" are hereby authorized for registration of marriages under Chhattisgarh Anand Marriages Registration Rules, 2016.
