क्रक्रममाांंकक एएफफ PPLLGGMMJJ--22440066//4488//22002255--RREEGGIISSTTRRAATTIIOONN ((11)).. —— भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम, 1899 (1899 का 2) की धारा 9 की उप-धारा (1) के खण्ड (क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, भारतीय स्टाम्प अधिनियम की अनुसूची 1-क के अनुच्छेद 13 (क) से संबंधित लिखतों पर प्रभार्य स्टाम्प शुल्क में कमी करते हुए ''अधिकतम पच्चीस हजार रूपये के अध्यधीन रहते हुए, रकम का 0.25 प्रतिशत'' से ''0.05%'' करती है। यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रभावशील होगी।

Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 8th January 2026NOTIFICATION
No. F PLGMJ-2406/48/2025-REGISTRATION (1) .— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Indian Stamp Act, 1899 (No. II of 1899) the State Government, hereby, reduces the Stamp Duty chargeable on instruments relating to Article 13A of Schedule I-A Of the Indian Stamp Act, from " 0.25 percent of the amount, subject to a maximum of twenty-five thousand" to "0.05%" This notification shall come into effect from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
