अंतिम नगर विकास योजना अनुमोदन की सूचना
(छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 की धारा 50 की उपधारा (8) एवं छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश नियम, 2020 के नियम 27 (6) के अनुसार)
क्रमांक RULE/93/2026-HOUSING.— छत्तीसगढ़ नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश अधिनियम, 1973 की धारा 50 की उपधारा (8) के अधीन नवा रायपुर अटल नगर निवेश क्षेत्र के ग्राम बरौदा, रमचंडी, रीको और मंदिर हसौद, तहसील आरंग एवं ग्राम सेरीखेड़ी और नकटी, तहसील रायपुर के लिए यथा अनुमोदित नगर विकास योजना को सर्व-साधारण की जानकारी के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और उक्त योजना की प्रतियां निम्नलिखित कार्यालयों में कार्यालय समय के दौरान निरीक्षण के लिए उपलब्ध है, अर्थात् :-
(1) नवा रायपुर अटल नगर विकास प्राधिकरण
(2) संयुक्त संचालक, नगर तथा ग्राम निवेश, रायपुर
(3) कलेक्टर, जिला रायपुर
उक्त नगर विकास योजना की प्रति नवा रायपुर अटल नगर विकास प्राधिकरण की अधिकारिक वेबसाईड https://navaraipuratalnagar.com पर भी उपलब्ध कराई गई है ।
उक्त नगर विकास योजना इसके छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में प्रकाशित होने की दिनांक से प्रवृत्त होगी। अधीन होगा। अंतिम भूखण्डों का आवंटन और उसके बाद अंतिम भूखण्डों पर कब्ज़ा, भू-स्वामी के अद्यतन और प्रमाणित भू-स्वामित्व अभिलेखों के उचित सत्यापन के बाद किया जाएगा। छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल के नाम से तथा आदेशानुसार,

Notice of Sanctioning of the final Acceptance of Town Development Scheme
(As per Sub-Section (8) of Section 50 of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 and Rule 27(6) of Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Niyam 2020)
No.LAND/93/2026-HOUSING.— The Town Development Scheme for the Village Baroda. Ramchandi, Reiko and Mandir Hasaud of Tehsil Aarang and Village Serikhedi & Nakati of Tehsil Raipur of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Planning area as approved under sub-section (8) of Section 50 of the Chhattisgarh Nagar Tatha Gram Nivesh Adhiniyam, 1973 (No. 23 of 1973) is hereby published for the information of the general public and copies of the said scheme are available for inspection during office hours at the following offices namely: -
(1) Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran
(2) Joint Director, Town and Country Planning, Raipur
(3) District Collector, Raipur District
Copy of this Town Development Scheme is also made available on the Official website of Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Vikas Pradhikaran at https://navaraipuratalnagar.com.
The said Town Development Scheme shall come into operation from the date of its publication in the Chhattisgarh Gazette.
The list of plots included in the Final Town Development Scheme shall not be considered as validation of ownership or land records, which shall be subject to verification as per the updated land records of Revenue Department of Government of Chhattisgarh. The allotment of the final Plots and subsequent possession of the final Plot thereon shall be done after due verification of updated and certified land records of the landowner.
