क्रमांक GEN -2101 /1319 / 2025 /COMM. & INDUS. चूंकि, राज्य सरकार का यह समाधान हो गया है कि राज्यके औद्योगिक विकास को अधिक गति देने के लिए एवं औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 के प्रावधानों को स्पष्ट करने के लिए, लोकहित में ऐसा करना आवश्यक है ,
अतएव औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 की कंडिका (2 ) की शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राज्य शासन, एतद् द्वारा , औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 में निम्नानुसार अग्रतर संशोधन करता है, अर्थात -
संशोधन
औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 में,
1 कंडिका ( 12.25 ) में, शब्द "जिला व्यापार एवं उद्योग केंद्र " के स्थान पर, शब्द " सक्षम अधिकारी " से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।.
2 कंडिका (12.26) में, शब्द " उत्पादन संबंद्ध प्रोत्साहन (पीएलआई) की" एवं " पीएलआई नीति/योजना अंतर्गत " को विलोपित किया जाए तथा शब्द "प्रोत्साहन राशि के अतिरिक्त " के पश्चात, शब्द एवं चिह्न " , संबंधित पैकेज में उल्लेखित कुल अधिकतम सीमा तक, " जोड़ा जाए ।
3 कंडिका ( 12.27) के खंड (ब) में, शब्द "उत्पादन दिनांक से सूक्ष्म एवं लघु उद्यमों/सेवा उद्यमों हेतु 6 माह, मध्यम उद्यम/मध्यम सेवा उद्यम हेतु 12 माह, वृहद उद्यमों हेतु 24 माह तक किया गया निवेश " के स्थान पर शब्द "उत्पादन दिनांक के पश्चात नीति के परिशिष्ट -1 की कंडिका ( 17) में उल्लेखित समय सीमा में किया गया निवेश" प्रतिस्थापित कियाजाए ।
4 परिशिष्ट -1 की कंडिका (17) में, शब्द " अभिस्वीकृति दिनांक " के पश्चात, शब्द एवं चिन्ह "/एमओयू दिनांक/ Invitation to Invest जारी होने के दिनांक " जोड़ा जाए ।
5 परिशिष्ट -1 की कंडिका (29) के खण्ड (अ) के स्थान पर, निम्नानुसार खंड प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए, - " (अ) परिशिष्ट-1 की कंडिका (32 ) के अनुसार तैयार किए गए परियोजना प्रतिवेदन में दर्शायी गयी परियोजना लागत (कार्यशील पूंजी को छोड़कर)। "

6 परिशिष्ट -2 के खंड (फ) में प्रविष्टि बिन्दु 4 में, शब्द " डाउन स्ट्रीम उत्पाद " के पश्चात , शब्द एवं चिन्ह " (एकीकृत स्टील संयंत्र , स्टील के ऐन्गल , चैनल , टीएमटी, वायर , कौईल, शीट, पाइप को छोड़कर) " जोड़ा जाए ।
7 परिशिष्ट -5 की तालिका के कॉलम 1 में , शब्द " स्टील संयंत्र " के पश्चात , चिह्न एवं शब्द " (स्टील संयंत्र से आशय है एकीकृत स्टील प्लांट अथवा ऐसी इकाईयां जिनमें प्राथमिक स्टील यथा बिलेट/इंगोट/ ब्लूम/स्लैब अथवा स्टील के रोल्ड प्रोडक्टस ( थ्रस्ट सेक्टर में सम्मिलित उत्पाद छोड़कर) अथवा दोनों का उत्पादन किया जाता है ) " जोड़ा जाए । 8 परिशिष्ट -6 में, शब्द " संबंधित जिला व्यापार एवं उद्योग केन्द्र " के स्थान पर शब्द "सक्षम अधिकारी " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए।
9 परिशिष्ट (6 ) की तालिका के खंड (अ ) में, शब्द "लॉजिस्टिक सेवा सेक्टर " के पश्चात, चिह्न एवं शब्द " (लॉजिस्टिक नीति 2025 के लागू होने के पश्चात इस श्रेणी के अंतर्गत निवेश प्रोत्साहन लॉजिस्टिक नीति के तहत प्राप्त होंगे । जिन लॉजिस्टिक इकाइयों द्वारा दिनांक 21/07/2025 के पूर्व औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 के अंतर्गत भूमि/ऋण हेतु स्टाम्प शुल्क छूट प्राप्त कर लिया गया है, उन इकाइयों को औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 अथवा लॉजिस्टिक नीति 2025 का विकल्प चुनने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा । विकल्प चयन के लिए इस संशोधन के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन तिथि के पश्चात् अधिकतम 3 माह में विकल्प चयन की सूचना संबंधित जिला व्यापार एवं उद्योग केन्द्र में जमा कराया जाना अनिवार्य होगा । एक बार चुना गया विकल्प अपरिवर्तनीय होगा । ) " जोड़ा जाए ।
10 परिशिष्ट (6 ) की तालिका के खंड (ब) में, प्रविष्टि क्रमांक 6 के पश्चात , निम्नानुसार प्रविष्टियां जोड़े जाएं, -
50 ( भूमि की कीमत को छोड़कर ) "7 कंप्यूटर बेस्ड टेस्टिंग अधोसंरचना की स्थापना
50 ( भूमि की कीमत को छोड़कर) " 8 ई - कॉमर्स एवं App - based Aggregator
11 परिशिष्ट- 6 की तालिका के खंड (ई) के क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम 3 में, अंक " 1500 " के स्थान पर , अंक " 3000 " एवं अंक " 750 " के स्थान पर , अंक " 1000 " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए तथा निम्नानुसार परंतुक जोड़ा जाए, -
"परन्तु, इस संशोधन के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन दिनांक से पूर्व औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 के अंतर्गत होटल , रिज़ॉर्ट एवं कन्वेन्शन सेंटर हेतु स्टाम्प शुल्क छूट प्राप्त किया है अथवा परियोजना को राज्य स्तरीय समिति द्वारा सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र , दिनांक 13 जनवरी 2026
34( 1) गई है , उनकी पात्रता संशोधन के पूर्व उल्लेखित सीमा के अनुसार होगी । "
12 परिशिष्ट- 6 की तालिका के खंड (ई) के क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम 2 में निम्नानुसार शब्द जोड़ाजाए, -
" (i ) रायपुर, बिलासपुर एवं दुर्ग में किसी स्थापित ब्रांड द्वारा स्थापित न्यूनतम 150 कीज़ ( keys ) के साथ पाँच सितारा होटल,
(ii) जगदलपुर एवं अम्बिकापुर विकासखण्ड में न्यूनतम 100 कीज़ ( keys ) के साथ तीन सितारा होटल,
(iii ) बस्तर एवं सरगुजा संभाग के अन्य विकासखंडों में न्यूनतम 50 कीज़ ( keys ) के साथ तीन सितारा होटल,
के साथ तीन सितारा होटल ,
(iv) उपरोक्त ( i ) , ( ii ) एवं (iii ) से अतिरिक्त विकासखंडों में न्यूनतम 100 कीज़ ( keys ) इस संशोधन के प्रकाशन के उपरांत प्रत्येक जिले में प्रथम 10 होटल को ही निवेश प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किया जाएगा। "
13 परिशिष्ट- 6 की तालिका के खंड (ई) के क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम 3 में, अंक " 500 " के स्थान पर, अंक एवं शब्द " 5000 (परंतु बस्तर एवं सरगुजा क्षेत्र में 2000 ) " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए तथा निम्नानुसार परंतुक जोड़ा जाए, -
" परन्तु, इस संशोधन के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन दिनांक से पूर्व औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 के अंतर्गत हेल्थ वेलनेस सेंटर/हॉस्पिटल हेतु स्टाम्प शुल्क छूट प्राप्त किया है, उनकी पात्रता संशोधन के पूर्व उल्लेखित सीमा के अनुसार होगी । "
14 परिशिष्ट- 6 की तालिका के खंड (ई) के क्रमांक 2 के कॉलम 2 में, शब्द " 50 बेड " के स्थान पर, निम्नानुसार शब्द एवं चिह्न प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए,
" (i ) रायपुर, बिलासपुर, रायगढ़, कोरबा, दुर्ग , जगदलपुर, अंबिकापुर, धमतरी , राजनांदगांव , बलोदाबाजार के जिला मुख्यालय वाले विकासखण्ड एवं नवा रायपुर में न्यूनतम 200 बेड वाले मल्टीस्पैशलिटी हॉस्पिटल जिनमें एमसीआई के मापदंड अनुसार स्पेशियलिस्ट चिकित्सक ऑन - रोल हों;
(ii ) अन्य जिला मुख्यालय विकासखण्ड एवं बस्तर सरगुजा के अतिरिक्त अन्य विकासखण्ड में न्यूनतम 100 बेड ;
(iii) बस्तर एवं सरगुजा संभाग के विकासखण्ड हेतु 50 बेड ;
(iv ) अन्य हेल्थ वेलनेस सेंटर हेतु न्यूनतम 50 बेड;
इस संशोधन के प्रकाशन के उपरांत प्रत्येक जिले में प्रथम 10 अस्पतालों को ही निवेश प्रोत्साहन प्रदान किया जाएगा । "
15 परिशिष्ट- 6 की तालिका के खंड (ई) के क्रमांक 6 की प्रविष्टि का लोप किया जाए तथा निम्नानुसार प्रविष्टि की जाए, " इस संशोधन के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन दिनांक से पूर्व औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 के अंतर्गत होम स्टे सेवाएँ हेतु स्टाम्प शुल्क छूट प्राप्त किया है अथवा परियोजना को 34(2)

राज्य स्तरीय समिति द्वारा सैद्धांतिक स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई है, उन्हें औद्योगिक विकास नीति 2024-30 अथवा छत्तीसगढ़ होम स्टे नीति 2025 का विकल्प चुनने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा । विकल्प चयन के लिए इस संशोधन के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन तिथि के पश्चात् अधिकतम 3 माह में विकल्प चयन की सूचना संबंधित जिला व्यापार एवं उद्योग केन्द्र/ उद्योग संचालनालय में जमा कराया जाना अनिवार्य होगा। एक बार चुना गया विकल्प अपरिवर्तनीय होगा । "
16 परिशिष्ट-6 की तालिका के खंड (ह) के क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम 2 में, शब्द " विश्वविद्यालय " के स्थान पर , शब्द " शैक्षणिक संस्थान " एवं शब्द " बस्तर/ सरगुजा संभाग " के स्थान पर , शब्द " राज्य" से प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए तथा अंत में शब्द " बस्तर, सरगुजा संभाग के बाहर केवल प्रथम 10 शैक्षणिक संस्थान " जोड़ा जाए ।
17 परिशिष्ट -6 की तालिका के खंड (द) क्रमांक 4 अंतर्गत सारणी में प्रविष्टि क्रमांक 3 के पश्चात , नवीन प्रविष्टि निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाए, -
"4NABL मान्यता प्राप्त डायग्नोस्टिक सेन्टर
2000 ( भूमि की कीमत को छोड़कर ) ; बस्तर एवं सरगुजा के लिए, 1000 ( भूमि की कीमत कोछोड़कर) "
18 परिशिष्ट -7 में , कंडिका ( 13 ) के पश्चात्, नवीन कंडिका निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाए , अर्थात - " (14) ई.पी.एफ. प्रतिपूर्ति -
छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के कर्मचारियों के ईपीएफ अंशदान में उत्पादन दिनांक से 05 वर्ष तक की 75 प्रतिशत का प्रतिपूर्ति , अधिकतम " मान्य स्थायी पूंजी निवेश का 2 % प्रतिवर्ष " कीपात्रता होगी । "
19 परिशिष्ट -9 में , कंडिका ( 20 ) के पश्चात्, नवीन कंडिका निम्नानुसार जोड़ा जाए , अर्थात - " (21 ) ई.पी.एफ. प्रतिपूर्ति-
भ्रस्ट सेक्टर के उद्यमों को छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य के कर्मचारियों के ईपीएफ अंशदान में उत्पादन दिनांक से 05 वर्ष तक की 75 प्रतिशत का प्रतिपूर्ति , अधिकतम " मान्य स्थायी पूंजी निवेश का 2 % प्रतिवर्ष " की पात्रता होगी। "
20 परिशिष्ट -7 की कंडिका ( 1 ) से ( 13 ) में तथा परिशिष्ट -8 की कंडिका ( 1 ) से ( 8) में शब्द " नवीन " का लोप किया जाए ।
21 परिशिष्ट -8 के बिन्दु (7) , अध्याय ब -1 के बिन्दु (7 ), अध्याय ब -2 के बिन्दु (9 ) , अध्याय स -1 , स -2 एवं स -3 के बिन्दु (9 ) एवं अध्याय स -4, स -5, स -6 एवं स -7 के बिन्दु क्र (7 ) में, अंक एवं चिन्ह " 2 % " के पश्चात, शब्द " प्रतिवर्ष " जोड़ा जाए ।
22 परिशिष्ट -9 की कंडिका ( 17 ) का लोप किया जाए । छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र, दिनांक 13 जनवरी 2026
34(3) 23 अध्याय ब -1 की कंडिका ( 1 - अ ) में, शब्द "वाणिज्यिक उत्पादन दिनांक से " का लोप किया जाए ।
24अध्याय स -1 , स -2 , स -3 , अध्याय स -4 , स -5, स -6 एवं स -7 की कंडिका ( 1 - अ) एवं अध्याय स -9 की कंडिका (2 ) में , शब्द " वाणिज्यिक उत्पादन दिनांक से " का लोप किया जाए ।
25 अध्याय स -1 , स -2 एवं स -3 की कंडिका (9 - अ) , अध्याय स -4, स -5, स -6 एवं स -7 की कंडिका (7 - अ) एवं अध्याय स -9 की कंडिका (8 ) के अंत में, निम्नानुसार पैराग्राफ जोड़ा जाए, - "रोजगार सृजन अनुदान की पात्रता 50 से अधिक रोजगार प्रदान करने वाले इस सेक्टर के सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों को भी उपरोक्तानुसार होगी। "
26अध्याय स -2 की कंडिका (9 - अ ) के अंत में, निम्नानुसार पैराग्राफ जोड़ा जाए , "रोजगार सृजन अनुदान की पात्रता 50 से अधिक रोजगार प्रदान करने वाले इस सेक्टर के सूक्ष्म, लघु एवं मध्यम उद्यमों को भी उपरोक्तानुसार होगी । "
27 अध्याय स -6 कंडिका ( 1 ) की तालिका के कॉलम 1 में, शब्द " (यंत्र संयंत्र में पूंजी निवेश ) " के स्थान पर , शब्द "स्थायी पूंजी निवेश ( भूमि को छोड़कर ) " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।
28 अध्याय स -7 कंडिका ( 1 ) की तालिका के कॉलम 1 में, शब्द " (यंत्र संयंत्र में पूंजी निवेश) " के स्थान पर , शब्द "स्थायी पूंजी निवेश ( भूमि को छोड़कर) " प्रतिस्थापित किया जाए ।

NOTIFICATION
No. GEN - 2101 / 1319/ 2025/ COMM. & INDUS- . Whereas , the State Government is of the opinion that , in order to accelerate the industrial development of the State and to clarify the provisions of the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 , it is necessaryto do so in public interest ,
therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred under Para (2) of the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 , the State Government , hereby , makes the following amendments to the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 , namely:
AMENDMENTS
In the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30,
1 In Para ( 12.25 ) , for the words " District Trade and Industry Centre" , the words "competent authority " shall be substituted.
2 In Para (12.26) , the phrases " of the Production Linked Incentive (PLI ) " and " under the PLI policy/scheme " shall be deleted, and after the words " in addition to the incentive amount " , the words and punctuation " , up to the total maximum limit mentioned in the respective package , " shall be added.
3 In section (b) of Para ( 12.27) , for the words " investment made within 6 months for micro and small enterprises/ service enterprises , 12 months for medium enterprises/medium service enterprises , and 24 months for large enterprises from the date of production", the words " investment made within the time limit mentioned in Para ( 17) of Annexure - 1 of the policy after the date of production" shall be substituted.
4 In para ( 17) of Annexure - 1 , after the words " Acknowledgement Date " , the words and symbols " / MOU Date/ Date of issuance of Invitation to Invest " shall be added .
5 In Para (29) of Annexure - 1 , clause (a) shall be substituted with the following clause: " (a) The project cost ( excluding working capital ) as shown in the project report prepared as per Para ( 32) of Annexure - 1 . "
6 In Annexure - 2 , in section ( f) , at serial number 4, after the words " downstream products " , the words and symbols " ( excluding integrated steel plants , steel angles , channels , TMT, wire , coils , sheets , and pipes ) " shall be added.
7 In column 1 of the table in Annexure - 5 , after the words " steel plant " , the symbol and words " (A steel plant refers to an integrated steel plant or units that produce primary steel such as billets/ ingots /blooms / slabs or rolled steel products (excluding products included in the thrust sector) or both) " shall be added.

34(5) 8 In Annexure-6 , for the words " respective District Trade and Industry Centre" , the words " competent authority " shall be substituted.
9 In Section (A) of the table in Annexure (6) , after the words "Logistics Service Sector" , the text and symbols " (After the implementation of the Logistics Policy 2025 , investment incentives under this category will be available under the Logistics Policy. Logistics units that have already availed stamp duty exemption for land/ loans under the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 before 21/07/2025 will have the option to choose between the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 or the Logistics Policy 2025. The choice of option must be submitted to the concerned District Trade and Industry Centre within a maximum of 3 months from the date of publication of this amendment in the Official Gazette . The option once chosen will be final and irreversible . ) " shall be added .
10 In Section (B) of Annexure (6) , after serial number 6 , the following entries shall be added:
"7 Establishment of computer -based testing infrastructure
50 ( excluding the cost of the land)
8 E- commerce and App- based Aggregator
50 (excluding the cost of the land) "
11 In column 3 of serial number 2 of section (E) of the table in Annexure - 6 , the figure " 1500 " shall be substituted with the figure " 3000 " and the figure " 750 " shall be substituted with the figure " 1000 " , and the following proviso shall be added , - " Provided that , those who have availed stamp duty exemption for hotels , resorts and convention centers under the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 before the date of publication of this amendment in the Official Gazette , or whose project has been granted in -principle approval by the State Level Committee , their eligibility shall be as per the limits mentioned before this amendment . "
12 In column 2 of serial number 2 of section (E) of the table in Annexure- 6 , the following words shall be added , -
"( i) Five- star hotels with a minimum of 150 keys established by an established brand in Raipur , Bilaspur and Durg ,
(ii) Three - star hotels with a minimum of 100 keys for development blocks in Jagdalpur and Ambikapur ,
(iii) Three- star hotels with a minimum of 50 keys in other development blocks of Bastar and Surguja divisions ,
(iv) Three - star hotels with a minimum of 100 keys in development blocks other than those mentioned in ( i) , ( ii) and ( iii ) above ,
After publication of this amendment Investment incentives will be provided onlyto 34(6)

the first 10 hotels in each district . "
13 In column 3 of serial number 2 of section ( e) of the table in Annexure - 6 , the figure " 500" shall be substituted with the figure and words " 5000 (but 2000 in Bastar and Surguja regions ) " , and the following proviso shall be added:
"Provided that , those who have availed stamp duty exemption for Health Wellness Centers /Hospitals under the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 before the date of publication of this amendment in the Official Gazette , their eligibility shall be as per the limit mentioned before this amendment . "
14 In column 2 of serial number 2 of section ( E) of the table in Annexure - 6, the words " 50 beds" shall be substituted with the following words and symbols :
" ( i) In the district headquarters development blocks of Raipur, Bilaspur, Raigarh , Korba , Durg , Jagdalpur, Ambikapur, Dhamtari , Rajnandgaon , Balodabazar and in Nava Raipur, multi- specialty hospitals with a minimum of 200 beds and specialist doctors on the payroll as per MCI norms;
(ii) In other district headquarters development blocks and other development blocks excluding Bastar and Surguja divisions , a minimum of 100 beds ;
(iii) For development blocks of Bastar and Surguja divisions , 50 beds ;
(iv) For other Health and Wellness Centers , a minimum of 50 beds ;
After publication of this amendment Investment incentives will be provided only to the first 10 hospitals in each district . "
15 The entry in serial number 6 of Section (e) of the table in Annexure - 6 shall be deleted , and the following proviso shall be added :
"Those who have availed stamp duty exemption for Home Stay services under the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 before the date of publication of this amendment in the Official Gazette , or whose project has been granted in- principle approval by the State Level Committee , will have the opportunity to choose between the Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 and the Chhattisgarh Home Stay Policy 2025. The option must be exercised within a maximum of 3 months from the date of publication of this amendment in the Official Gazette , and the intimation of the chosen option must be submitted to the concerned District Trade and Industry Centre/Directorate of Industries . The option once chosen will be irrevocable ."
16 In Table under Section (h) , Serial Number 4 , Column 2 of Annexure -6 , for the word "University" , the words " Educational Institution " and for the words "Bastar/ Surguja Division " , the word " State " shall be substituted , and the words "Only the first 10 educational institutions outside Bastar and Surguja divisions " shall be added at the end .
17 In the table under section (d) of Annexure - 6 , after serial number 3 , a new entry shall be added as follows:

18 In Annexure- 7 , after Para ( 13 ) , the following new Para shall be added , namely:
" ( 14) EPF Reimbursement -
Employees of Chhattisgarh State domicile shall be eligible for reimbursement of 75 percent of their EPF contribution for a period of 05 years from the date of commencement of production , subject to a maximum of " 2 % of the eligible fixed capital investment per annum".
19 In Annexure- 9 , after Para (20) , the following new Para shall be added , namely:
"(21 ) EPF Reimbursement -
Enterprises in the thrust sector will be eligible for reimbursement of 75 percent of the EPF contribution of their employees of Chhattisgarh state domicile for a period of 05 years from the date of commencement of production, subject to a maximum of" 2% of the eligible fixed capital investment per annum " .
20 In Section ( 1 ) to ( 13 ) of Annexure - 7 and Section ( 1) to (8 ) of Annexure- 8 , the word " new" shall be deleted .
21 In Serial number ( 7) of Annexure - 8 , serial number ( 7) of Chapter B - 1 , serial number (9 ) of Chapter B - 2 , serial number (9) of Chapters C - 1 , C - 2 and C- 3 , and seral number ( 7) of Chapters C- 4 , C- 5 , C- 6 and C - 7 , after the number and symbol "2%" , the word " per annum " shall be added .
22Para ( 17) of Annexure - 9 shall be deleted.
23 In Para ( 1 - a) of Chapter B - 1 , the words " from the date of commencement of commercial production " shall be deleted.
24 In Para ( 1 - a) of Chapters C - 1 , C- 2 , C - 3 , Chapter C- 4 , C - 5 , C- 6 and C- 7 , and Para (2) of Chapter C -9 , the words " from the date of commencement of commercial production" shall be deleted. 25 At the end of Para ( 9 - a) of Chapters C - 1 , C - 2 and C - 3 , Para (7 - a) of Chapters C -4 , C-5, C-6 and C-7 , and Para (8) of Chapter C - 9 , the following Para shall be added : "The eligibility for employment generation subsidy, as mentioned above , shall also extend to Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises in this sector providing more than 50 employment . "
26 At the end of Para (9 - a) of Chapter C -2 , the following Para shall be added:
"The eligibility for employment generation subsidy, as mentioned above , as mentioned above , shall also extend to Micro , Small and Medium Enterprises in this 34(8)

27 In column 1 of the table in Chapter C - 6 , section ( 1 ) , for the words " (Capital investment in plant and machinery) " , the words " Fixed capital investment (excluding land) " shall be substituted.
28 In column 1 of the table in Chapter C - 7 , section ( 1 ) , for the words " (Capital investment in plant and machinery) " , the words " Fixed capital investment (excluding land) " shall be substituted .
