NOTIFICATION
F. No. 44/3461/XXI-B/C.G./2025-26.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 36 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble Chief Justice of High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 23638/III-6-1/2001 (Pt.-III) N.D.P.S./(Checker), Bilaspur, Dated 16-12-2025, hereby, makes the further following order, to amend this department's previous notification No. 399/1382/XXI- B/C.G./2023, dated 02-05-2024 and No. 1518/2050/XXI-B/C.G./2024, dated 11-07-2025, relating to the entry mentioned in column (3) & (4) corresponding to serial no. 7 of the Schedule, namely:-
AMENDMENT
In the Schedule of the said Notification, officers mentioned in column No. (3) are appointed as Special Judge under Sections 36 (2) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (No. 61 of 1985), at the corresponding place mentioned in column no. (4) of the said Schedule, respectively, namely:-
