क्रमांक 117/सी.एस.ई.आर.सी./2025.— छाीसगढ़ राज्य विद्युत नियामक आयोग द्वारा ''छाीसगढ़ राज्य विद्युत नियामक आयोग (उपभोगता परिवेदना निवारण) विनियम, 2023, अधिसूचना क्र. 101/छ.ग.वि.नि.आयोग/2023, दिनांक 06 मार्च 2023,'' द्वारा छत्तीसगढ़ राजपत्र में अधिसूचित किया गया है। उक्त विनियम में निम्नानुसार शुद्धिपत्र जारी किया जा रहा हैः
1. पृष्ठ क्र. 162 (30) पर शीर्षक में शब्द "परिशिष्ट I" के स्थान पर "परिशिष्ट I: खण्ड 8.10 से संबंधित" पढ़ा जाए।
2. पृष्ठ क्र. 162 (22) पर शीर्षक में शब्द "परिशिष्ट II" के स्थान पर "परिशिष्ट II: खण्ड 8.34 से संबंधित" पढ़ा जाए।
3. पृष्ठ क्र. 162 (24) पर शीर्षक मेंं शब्द "परिशिष्ट III" के स्थान पर "परिशिष्ट III: खण्ड 15.6 से संबंधित" पढ़ा जाए।
4. पृष्ठ क्र. 162 (26) पर शीर्षक में शब्द "परिशिष्ट IV" के स्थान पर "परिशिष्ट IV: खण्ड 15.36 से संबंधित" पढ़ा जाए।

CORRIGENDUM
No. 117/CSERC/2025.— Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission has notified "Chhattisgarh State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Redressal of Grievances of the Consumers) Regulations, 2023, Notification No. 101/CSERC/2023, dated 06th March, 2023" in the Chhattisgarh Gazette. A corrigendum is done on above said Regulation as under:
1. On page 162 (49), in the heading the word "Annexure I" shall be read as "Annexure I: Related to Clause 8.10".
2. On page 162 (51), in the heading the word "Annexure II" shall be read as "Annexure: Related to Clause 8.34".
3. On page 162 (53), in the heading the word "Annexure III" shall be read as "Annexure III: Related to Clause 15.6".
4. On page 162 (55), in the heading the word "Annexure IV" shall be read as "Annexure IV: Related to Clause 15.36".
