NOTIFICATION
No. 2380/Rules/2026.⸺ In exercise of the powers conferred under Articles 227, 233, 234 and 235 of the Constitution of India, the High Court of Chhattisgarh hereby makes the following amendments in the Chhattisgarh Judicial Officers (Confidential Rolls) Regulations, 2015, which shall come into force with immediate effect :-
AMENDMENTS
1. In column No.2 of Sl. No.1 of Schedule-1, after the words, 'Registrar (Selection and Appointment Cell) and before the word, 'and Registrar (Judicial)', the words, ",Registrar (OSD) Rules, Registrar (Establishment)" shall be inserted.
2. In column No.2 of Sl.No.3 of Schedule-1, the words, 'Registrar (Vigilance), Registrar (Inspection and Inquiry), Registrar (S.&A.) and Registrar (Judicial)' shall be replaced with the words, "Officers mentioned at column No.2 of Sl.No.1".
