क्रमांक/LAW/762/2025 COMM. COOP. & RCS. - छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी अधिनियम, 1960 (क्र. 17 सन् 1961) की धारा 95 की उप-धारा (1) एवं (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ सहकारी सोसाइटी नियम, 1962 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-
संशोधन
उक्त नियमों में,-
1. नियम 50 के उप-नियम (2) के द्वितीय परंतुक में, पूर्ण विराम चिन्ह "।" के स्थान पर, कोलन चिन्ह "ः" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये।
2. नियम 50 के उप-नियम (2) के द्वितीय परन्तुक में, कोलन चिन्ह"ः" के पष्चात् निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाये, अर्थात् :-

COOP. &RCS. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) and (2) of Section 95 of the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (No.17 of 1961), the State Government, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Chhattisgarh Co-operative Societies Rules, 1962, namely:-

In the said rules,-
1. In the second proviso to sub-rule (2) of rule 50, for the full stop "." the punctuation colon ":"shall be substituted,
2. After the punctuation colon ":" in the second proviso of sub-rule (2) of rule 50, the following proviso shall be added, namely:-
