क्रमांक 410/21-अ/स्था./छ.ग./26. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा छत्तीसगढ विधि और विधायी कार्य विभाग सचिवालय सेवा (भर्ती तथा सेवा शर्तें) नियम, 2025 की अनुसूची-चार के सरल क्रमांक 4 के कॉलम (4) में पदोन्नति हेतु निर्धारित ''5 वर्ष'' की न्यूनतम अर्हकारी सेवा अवधि में कैलेण्डर वर्ष 2026 हेतु केवल एक बार के लिये शिथिल करते हुए ''02 वर्ष'' की छूट प्रदान करते है।
इस संशोधन को ऐसे पढ़ा जाएगा तथा अर्थ लगाया जायेगा, जैसा कि इसमें पूर्वाेक्त संशोधन हुआ ही नहीं था।

Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 19th February 2026NOTIFICATION
No. 410/21-अ/स्था./छ.ग./26. - In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby, relaxes "2 years" in the minimum qualifying Service period of "5 years" Prescribed for promotion in column (4) of serial number 4 of Schedule-IV of the Chhattisgarh Law and Legislative Affairs Department Secretariat Service (Recruitment and Condition of Service) Rules, 2025, for calendar year, 2026 for one time only.
This amendment shall be read and construed as if the aforesaid amendment was not made therein.
