क्र. ESTB-101(1)/7/2024-GAD-4. - भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, छत्तीसगढ़ के राज्यपाल, एतद्द्वारा, छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य प्रशासनिक सेवा (वर्गीकरण, भर्ती तथा सेवा की शर्तें) नियम, 2023 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, अर्थात् :-

उक्त नियमों की अनुसूची में, :-
अनुसूची-दो-क के कॉलम (2) एवं (3) में, अंक "60%" तथा "40%" के स्थान पर, क्रमशः अंक "50%" तथा "50%" प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये। Nava Raipur Atal Nager, the 20th February 2026

No. ESTB-101(1)/7/2024-GAD-4.- In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, hereby makes the following amendment in the Chhattisgarh State Administrative Services (Classification, Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2023 namely:-

In Schedule of the said rules,-
In column (2) and (3) of Schedule-II-A, for the Figure "60%" and "40%", the figure "50%" and "50%" shall be substituted, respectively.
