NOTICE INVITING OFFERS FOR REGISTRATION
AND
SUPPLY OF COUNTRY LIQUOR IN THE STATE OF CHHATTISGARH
NO. EX/DISTILLERY/RATEOFFER/2026-27/1202 Nava Raipur Atal Nagar, the 24th February 2026 1. Online offers for the rates of Brands/Labels of COUNTRY LIQUOR are invited for the year 2026-27 on URL https://excise.cg.nic.in/ePayment/
2. Online Rate Offers are invited for Brands/Labels of Country Liquor, from Companies/firms/proprietorship having license C.S.1B/C.S.1BB issued by Excise Department of Chhattisgarh under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules, 1995 (as amended) for entering into rate contract with EXCISE COMMISSIONER, CHHATTISGARH for supply of COUNTRY LIQUOR (CL) for the period from 1st April, 2026 to 31st March, 2027. Distilleries/Bottling Plants of Chhattisgarh holding C.S.1B/C.S.1BB License and other relevant licenses as prescribed under the provisions of Chhattisgarh Excise Act, 1915 (as amended) and Chhattisgarh Country Spirit Rules, 1995, (as amended) as well as registered with Excise Department for supply of country liquor, are eligible to apply for rate offer in prescribed format.
3. The last date for submission of online rate offers is 16-03-2026 by 17:30 hrs. which shall be opened on 17-03-2026 at 11:00 hrs. The participating firms shall deposit a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) towards registration of supplier through e-challan only in the Treasury head 0039-800-0761.
4. Pre-bid meeting will be held and that will be separately informed to suppliers.
Application form along with the terms and conditions governing the offers and other documents can be viewed/downloaded from the official website of Chhattisgarh Excise Department. The applicant has to deposit an amount of Rs. 50000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as application fees (non-refundable/non-adjustable) through e-challan for the allotment of Login-ID and Password for submission of the rate offers. If any tax liability arises, it is to be borne by the applicant separately.
No offline offers shall be entertained.
