क्रमांक GENCOR/11766/2025-HOUSING. - जल (प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) अधिनियम 1974, (1974 का सं. 6) की धारा 64 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, छत्तीसगढ़ पर्यावरण संरक्षण मंडल से परामर्श के पश्चात् एतद्द्वारा, जल (प्रदूषण निवारण तथा नियंत्रण) छत्तीसगढ़ नियम 1975 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

उपाबंध के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाये, अर्थात् :-

No. GENCOR/11766/2025-HOUSING. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (No. 6 of 1974), the State Government, after consultation with the Chhattisgarh Environment Conservation Board, hereby, makes the following further amendment in the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Chhattisgarh Rules, 1975, namely :-
