ORDER
No. ESTB/6348/2025/923/XXI-B/C.G./2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (1) of Article 233 of the Constitution of India, read with sub-rule (1) of rule 8 and clause (a) of sub-rule (1) of Rule 5 of the Chhattisgarh Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2006, the Governor of Chhattisgarh, on the recommendation of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh, hereby, appoints the following Civil Judge (Senior Division) as District Judge (Entry Level) in officiating capacity from the date they assume charge of their office:-
