क्रमांक GENS-11/3806/2025-REVENUE/7-1.— छत्तीसगढ़ भूमिगत पाईप लाईन (भूमि के उपयोग के अधिकारों का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 2004 (क्र. 7 सन् 2004) की धारा 2 की कं डिका (क) तथा छत्तीसगढ़ भूमिगत पाईप लाईन (भूमि के उपयोग के अधिकारों का अर्जन) नियम, 2004 के नियम 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद्वारा, मेसर्स कोरबा पावर लिमिटेड (पूर्व में मेसर्स लेंको अमरकं टक पावर लिमिटेड) के द्वारा जिला कोरबा के ग्रामों (बरीडीहएवं कटबितला) में भूमिगत जल पाईपलाईन बिछाने हेतु शासकीय एवं निजी भूमि के उपयोग के अधिकारों के अर्जन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृ त्यों का निर्वहन करने हेतु, नीचे दी गई अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) में वर्णित अधिकारी को कॉलम (3) में वर्णित क्षेत्र के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करती है :- अनुसूची

NOTIFICATION

No. GENS-11/3806/2025-REVENUE/7-1.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 2 of the Chhattisgarh Underground Pipelines (Acquisition of Rights to Use of Land) Act, 2004 (No. 7 of 2004) and rule 3 of the Chhattisgarh Underground Pipelines (Acquisition of Rights to Use of Land) Rules, 2004, the State Government, hereby, appoints the officer mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule given below as the Competent Authority for the area mentioned in column (3) to perform the functions of the Competent Authority under the said Act for acquisition of rights to use of Government and private land for laying of underground water pipeline in villages (Baridih and Katbitla) of District Korba by M/s Korba Power Limited (formerly M/s Lanco Amarkantak Power Limited), namely:-
