क्रमांक एफ RULE-5/18/2026-TRANSPORT.— केन्द्रीय मोटरयान कराधान नियम, 1989 के नियम 115 के उप नियम (7) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों को प्रयोग में लाते हुए, राज्य सरकार, एतद् द्वारा, अधिसूचना क्रमांक 526/परिवहन विभाग/2001 दिनांक 10 सितंबर 2001 द्वारा जारी तथा अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-3/आठ-परि/2016, दिनांक 20 जुलाई 2016 तथा अधिसूचना क्रमांक एफ 5-3/आठ-परि/2016, दिनांक 20 जनवरी 2025 द्वारा संशोधित छत्तीसगढ मोटरयान प्रदूषण जांच केन्द्र योजना, 2001 की निम्नांकित सूची के सरल क्रमांक (7) की उप कंडिकाओं-2 में संशोधन करते हुए सरल क्रमांक (2) के उप क्रमांक 1,2,3 में निम्नानुसार संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्ः-

NOTIFICATION
No. F RULE-5/18/2026-TRANSPORT. — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (7) of Rule 115 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the State Government hereby makes the following amendment to the Chhattisgarh Motor Vehicle Pollution Testing Centre Scheme, 2001, issued by Notification No. 526/Transport Department/2001 dated 10 September 2001 and subsequently amended by Notification No. F 5- 3/VIII-Trans./2016 dated 20 July 2016 and Notification No. F 5-3/VIII-Trans./2016 dated 20 January 2025, Accordingly, the State Government hereby makes the following amendments in sub-items 1, 2 and 3 of sub- clause (2) under Serial No. (7), namely:–
