ORDER
F. No.426 /1058/XXI-B/C.G./2026.— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 228/II-2-30/2001, II-15-2/2005(Pt.IV), I-8-6/ 2001(Pt.V), II-2-17 / 2001 (Pt.IV), II-2-2/ 2007 / Confdl /2026,dated 18.03.2026, hereby, withdrawing the services of the following members of the Higher Judicial Services specified in column (2) of the Schedule below from the High Court of Chhattisgarh, and appoints them as Principal Judge/Additional Principal Judge/ Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date they assume charge of their office, namely:-
