ORDER
F. No. 428/1058/XXI-B/C.G./2026. In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Family Courts Act, 1984 (No. 66 of 1984), the State Government, hereby, with the concurrence of the Hon'ble High Court of Chhattisgarh and in compliance of Memo No. 228/II-2-30/2001,II- 15-2/2005(Pt.IV),I-8-6/2001(Pt.V),II-2-17/2001(Pt.IV),II-2-2 / 2007 /Confdl/2026, dated 18.03.2026, hereby, appoints the following members of Higher Judicial Service as specified in column (2) of the Schedule below as Additional Principal Judge/ Judge, Family Court, as mentioned in column (3) of the Schedule, from the date they assumes charge of their office, namely:-
